I was interested my my daughter scooter so we were looking for another place where we happened upon this location. We will talk in the car and he opened up the door looked out the door close the door went back in and this is the warehouse kind of place what a storefront so only only his pick up truck had a sign on it. Upon entry greeted him and asked if I was in the right place because I didnt see a showroom, he said "if I see a truck outside and come and ask if I sell scooters I would have to be stupid because he dont need a showroom" Well looking at my daughter and decided to do an about face but he started saying his wife usually handles this kind of thing but she was at the dentist! You see where he was trying to make small talk to make up for it but it was to late, you just insulted a Customer! This guy yes talks a lot and should remain in the back and let your wife handle the Customers because obviously you have no tact at it! Btw your truck is not exactly parked in a space or close to your unit so asking a question when in expecting to see some scooters not in a book! This place is using Varsity cycles photos, I have been there also much nicer place! So just to let you know I bought my daughter a scooter with free roadside service for a yr, 2 yr warranty for labor and parts for 1600.00 with a another 400.00 in accessories from Power and Play in pompano beach that very day sir, and now will be purchasing my motorbike from there as well! I dont think you should be in business piecing together scooters!

WOW. This is one of those places that MAKE you wish there was a negative star rating. The guy does know how to fix scooters but will charge you an arm and a leg, than lie to your face and tell you he is the cheapest in town. HE IS NOT. ALSO, I took my scooter there twice (because i like pain I guess) and BOTH times it left in worse condition than when I dropped it off. First time I took it in to get my headlights working better, he rigged my HEADLIGHTS up horribly to my kill switch and left ignition wires hanging and told me just to plug the wires in when I want to start it!?? Which means I got electrocuted everytime I wanted to start or stop my engine. So I had to instal a new switch which I paid him a lot to do for me. Than in desperation I took it back to him bc I thought it was still under warranty (they charged me 600 for a new engine a few months prior) and the new motor they gave me lost all compression and was leaking oil, He charged me a ton of money and didnt care whatsoever that the motor he gave me was crap. The man can not write, read, or do math and needs his wife to handle the billing. She is nice but not enough to be the saving grace of his aweful shop. Save yourself dont go here.

An old nice lady is the trap. Yiu go there and with her "kindnes" you leave the scooter there on a guy who talks a lot, sayinf that nobody is as good as he is and that he is the most honest...bla...bla..bla...but when its time to work he does not know or just lretend the work is bigger than he thoug and wants yiu to leave the scooter there for longer, then he calls you for a larger amount of money, but then he will keep your bike because you didn"t pick it up withing two days (He makes you sign a two day pick up time). Did I mentioned :that guy shows to customer a big knife he has always in his pocket? He also gets dissapointed very easily...bad combination for any person. In other words, he makes you fear him to make his point. I paid $35 for his check upand he didnt tell me what was wrong with it. I went and picked my scooter fast before the two days! He is a step to be a great person or a step to be a danger to the commnity. He pribably needs a psichologycal treatment...

The Worst Place I have ever visited. I brought my scooter there and all was great, they work on that kind of scooters all the time, they say. I was only willing to put so much into an old scooter so I decided the price wasnt worth it, I would ask around to see if there was someone cheaper out there. After I told them I didnt want them to do anymore work on my scooter they became hostile and told me they were glad I was getting that piece of junk out of there and they were glad they were not going to work on it... I brought it across the street and received better service and less expensive.

Completely unprofessional. No parts on hand. Total jerk. Thinks his poop doesnt stink. Made fun of me for not knowing what was wrong. Avoid this place.
