It should be zero stars. Oh where do I begin. Perhaps in the beginning. You will have no problem reaching them prior to your purchase. After that. Forget about it. I purchased a scooter in the beginning of June. Since then I had to have a fuel valve replaced and a oil change at 700 kilometers. Fuel valve was covered under warranty. Oil change $60.00. Quite expensive for less than a quart of oil. Problem was the person who did my $60.00 oil change did not put enough oil in. Roughly half the amount. I drove it for 2 days and it was beginning to have all sorts of issues. I tried calling, left messages. Their hours are not very accommodating. Unless you want to buy a scooter. I was stranded and had to walk the scooter 3 miles to a repair shop in Stuart. They ran a compression test and informed me that i needed a new head kit. Now I call Jupiter scooter one more time during business hours. No answer. No return call. The mechanic told me that the oil was near empty. I had them order the parts and left them my scooter. They provided me with a rental so I could get to work. The scooter is still covered under warranty and because I no longer had faith in Jupiter scooters I spent the money to have it fixed. Its amazing how well it runs with oil. Beware of this company. Not a good one despite being in business for 12 years.

I purchased an X-Bike XB-502 from Jupiter Scooters a while back. About 6 months after the purchase the batteries went bad. I called them on several occassions without a call back. I decided to visit them in person. When I did they informed me that it would be $300 to replace the batteries. Well, that just didnt seem right, so I did some research. I just purchased the batteries on-line for $100, that including shipping. I also bought new wires and connectors for $5 and did the installation in about 10 minutes. Where do they get off charging $300? What are you paying for? I also paid over $1000 for the bike. Please dont purchase from them and if you need assistance on which batteries to purchase or where to get them or even how to install them. just contact me. I will provide that information for free. Stop the madness.

I called all over Palm Beach County trying to find a decent, honest scooter shop where I could get a flat tire repaired. Every place I called wanted an outrageous amount of money to tow and repair it! I was so frustrated. I am so glad I found Jupiter Scooters phone number. Debra was so nice and made me feel so much better. I was so stressed I was considering throwing my scooter in the trash until I called Jupiter Scooters. I am so happy with my scooter now! It runs great, and I didnt have to break my bank to get it serviced. If you are looking for an honest, affordable, quality repair shop, call Jupiter Scooters. I will always take my bikes here from now on. Would recommend to anyone.

I needed a replacement muffler for my Baccio scooter and was having no luck on the internet. Even the Baccio importer was sold-out. When I was just about to give up and sell the bike out of frustration, I came across the Jupiter Scooters website and emailed them. The owner, Debra very promptly replied and began searching for my part. As luck would have it, they had this part in stock. Although they dont typically ship parts, Debra went out of her way to quote the shipping cost and sent the part the very next day. I received the part in 2 days and its working great! I would highly recommend Jupiter Scooters if youre in need of OEM parts for Baccio.

This is the best place in South Florida to buy and repair scooter! Debra is so helpful with information and she also provide free help asistence on road, I mean in compare with other like what is 1STOP SCOOTER SHOP in Lake Park and Ivans scooter, JUPITER SCOOTERS IS THE KINGDOM, we can talk what else but good people is GOOD PEOPLE, Debra is the number one in this business and other is just gray copy. Make yourself happy and come here to fixed or to buy your motorcycle, and dont make big mistake and do that in Lake Park because they very bad people and Ivans guys is not educated enought so REAL PEOPLE DESERVE REAL PLEASURE-JUPITER SCOOTRS!!!!!

Reluctantly I went back there to ask another question, my fourth visit back there no good, these people are terrible I tried to get a CDI box which is $7 brand new online and he told me $25 for a used one... total a-hole ,never go there... Ive never had even an ok experience. ..cant believe their still in business.
