Dropped my gsxr 1000 off for basic state inspection and for them to bleed front brake lines if needed. Mechanic talked to me a week prior and I explained the issue with the front brake feeling like it didnt have enough pressure. He stated he will take it for a ride around the block to see what may be happening. He stated it would not cost me anything for him to do so. I also needed to have the bike inspected. I dropped the bike off at 1 PM April 25th. The mechanic was sitting at the counter when I dropped bike off with counter guy. Explained to counter guy me and mechanic that was stuffing his face with a huge hoagie at the counter talked about issues I may have had. The mechanic with his mouth full bursted out Im on my lunch break when I was not speaking directly to him. I felt a little disrespected by that being I was not speaking to him. Completely unprofessional especially with a massive hoagie being jammed down his throat. I gave keys and paper work to counter attendant and he states we will call u in a few days when bike is done. I called Friday and asked if it was possibly finished. Who ever answered stated they didnt get to it. I called today 5 3 16 and asked about the status of my bike. A man got on the phone and stated there are three jobs in front of me and its looking like it will be two weeks. I became shocked that a state inspection and a potential brake line bleed at minimum is going to take three weeks total to get my bike returned!!! Complete joke to me. So I went to pick my bike up and take business elsewhere. I let the woman at counter know I was there and picking my bike up. She gave me my pappers and stated someone will meet me out front with my bike. They didnt charge me at all. I was met by a older man with KTM hat on I seen him push my bike out of the building beside bohns main building. He started my bike and then got on it scraping his boot off the rear seat cap and a lit cigarette in his mouth and rode the bike to there illuminated sign in parking lot. Man had horrible attitude and had ashes all over my gas tank. The unprofessional behavior of this business as a whole is far worse than Ive ever seen at a MC Donalds in a depressed area. This was my first time ever doing business with this place and it was a complete disaster and show of how UN organized this motorcycle shop is. I would re consider putting this place as someone who would ensure the safety of my motorcycle mechanically. Id hope who ever owns this establishment would make drastic changes to the way business is being conducted in such a unprofessional manner.

I had set up to purchase a bike from Bohn from out of state. Had a purchase agreement, insurance and license set. Overnighted funds. Called the next day after the delivery of the funds was rejected. Someone had walked in for the same bike with cash so they decided that my purchase agreement didnt matter and sold the bike. Now Im out money and a bike. Great business practices.

Horrible service. Treats customers bad. Was told they are not interested in working on motorcycles. Really? Youre a motorcycle shop!!! Will not recommend this place. A friend of mine actually bought a bike from them with a full warranty, which they did not honor. They look at people like they are the enemy because they need a tune-up on their bike. Stay away!!!

Went there to get parts for a 1970s Suzuki, told me the model didnt exist because it wasnt in their book. Then sold me the wrong part and tried to say they wouldnt return it when I took it back. Went to the Honda House (Pittsburgh Cycle Center) down the street, and they were fantastic. Only going there from now on!

Rode in to see about an oil change. Brian asked me if Id like it done right away. Im an amateur and he even let me watch and ask questions without passing any judgement. Very friendly and professional. Quoted me a price 25% lower than any competitor. I will be returning for all my bike needs. Highly recommend.

Just not a good place to buy a bike. Theyre very arrogant and act like youre wasting their time. Another thing that bothered me is that they dont even include the $25 dollar tool kit (as 99.9% of KTM dealers do) when you buy a $10k bike. Do NOT waste your time here, seriously.

Very unprofessional . Said basically they didnt have time to work on my bike . Didnt ask for my name and number or anything . So pretty much acted like they have so much business that they dont even want new business

Just called them to see if they had a bike manual and they said they would have to order it. I politely said nevermind and got hung up on. I agree with the other review. Would avoid working with them.

They refuse to service an 07 Husqvarna Te610. I guess an oil change and valve checks are beyond their expertise for huskies...
