I bought a pair of SEDICI riding gloves about one year ago, before I even purchased my motorcycle. Purchased from the store located on military trail (approx. a quarter mile south of Belvedere) in west Palm Beach. I just purchased and registered my bike and began riding 3 months. Within those 3 months the left hand glove started to open up at the seems of the fingers, where they connect to the body of the glove. I returned to Cycle Queer with the intention of having the left hand glove be replaced hence (Lifetime Guarantee) and was told I was trying to get over on them, the glove was worn and how its been a year since the glove was purchased. keep in mind I came into the store with both the gloves, right handed glove in almost mint condition. Only thing he was willing to do is attempt to sell me another pair with a (Lifetime Guarantee) Second Worst customer service I have encountered.(second only to COMCAST) With a business model of treat your returning customers as Swindlers, or con-artist I dont know how theyre still in business?! I will never spend a red cent with them clowns! Unfortunately, I got to give the devil his due, Even Wally-World(Walmart) does a better job of standing behind the products sold in theyre stores, and to there customer . The only thing CYCLE QUEER is good for is trying on or fitting for size, once you know your size, buy from AMAZON or EBAY!!! Sincerely SUCKERED BY CYCLE QUEER

The customer service can be hit or miss, though Ive found it to be positive more often than not. The pricing is usually pretty good - typically as good as online competition but not always and never better. It pays to do some research and attempt a price match. Nice because they have good options in stock/in store so you dont have to wait. The selection is good, though this particular store is a little smaller and has a more limited selection as a result. Much of the accessory parts are Chinese-made, so have low expectations. They do carry some good quality consumables like batteries and filters for the most common bikes. Avoid the in-house brand for most gear unless youre buying it with the intention of it being disposable; its not durable and very cheaply made. It may not be the single most amazing shopping experience youve ever had but it generally beats going to a dealership and paying out the yinyang for a spark plug. Its good enough, has good enough service, selection, and pricing, and its pretty convenient. Dont expect a ton and you wont be disappointed. I agree with one of the other reviewers: leave the service to dedicated service providers and go here for retail items. Ymmv.

Ive spent thousands of dollars over the past few years at this store, I go in to have my tires that I purchased online mounted and balanced. I asked the guy working if he could do it, since I didnt purchase the tires at cyclegear. He said sure. He goes in the back with his friend who I dont think was an employee, starts loudly talking about "having sex with white chicks". Then he comes out 45 minutes later and tells me its going to cost 111$. He never told me what the price would be to begin with, I assumed it would be 20 to 40$. So I get home with my tires, put them back on my bike and low and behold the front tire is not balanced. I get a tank slapper on the highway today going 60mph. Im done with cyclegear for good. Terrible service.

I had both tires mounted at this place for the ridiculous amount of $100 + tax (I was in a hurry, it was a Sunday, no other choice). A month later my rear tire just died. I got it inspected at a real service center and we found that the inner tube was all twisted and crooked. I couldve done it better without the tools they have. I get the front tire checked and, no surprise, same thing. Both inner tubes needed to be replaced costing me even more than I initially spent with them. This place should stick to what they do in a decent way: sell stuff! Let the service part to real service centers.

Generally dont have the parts I need or any idea on where to find them. Good prices on helmets. Was told I would only be charged for the price of a valve stem and was then suprised with a labor charge upon returning to pick up the tire. I felt swindled.

They will sell you turn signals for your bike but they dont carry the replacement bulbs they want you to buy another turn signal, and spend time wiring another in when all you need is a bulb, the helmets break with minimal use
