I had a situation while riding my 2015 Ultra Classic Low to work where the spring for my kickstand was rubbing when I left the garage. One day I left for lunch and on the way back to work it snapped and I had to drive with my foot holding the kick stand up. I had a dilemma, if I rode to the dealership I would have to ride up rt28 and then rt8 to get the new spring while holding the kick stand up with my foot. Not very comfortable. So I had a buddy at work duct tape it up. Thus providing another dilemma, how do I get off of the bike with the kick stand taped up to get into the dealership. Well when I got to the store I found a customer outside and asked for help. He went inside to get a salesman. He told be to ride to the service door and I did. The service guy got the spring. Im thinking I was going to pay for it and be on my way. Without him saying anything, he just started changing out the spring while I was still sitting on the bike. With much gratitude I went in and bought a shirt along with the changed out spring. They didnt even charge labor. That is a dealership for life.

Chris, was in the midst of training your new service write-up employee, Sybil I believe, While she was preparing my service order for oil and inspection Chris was extremely patient, understanding and helpful with her as she was obviously learning all the ropes. It was a pleasure to see and hear how helpful and kind Chris was. Most importantly; After service was completed on my bike, I paid and was on my way home when 1/2 mile from the dealership my muffler broke off. Fortunately the front piece of the muffler did not hit the pavement, did in and cause me to lose control. Upon returning to the dealership I got Chris and we inspected what happened. While neither of us could explain why it broke Chris offered to install a set of mufflers that were similar in nature to mine he had had lying around and that he would gladly change them out for me. So while I was somewhat panicked and concerned he showed me the same graciousness he had shown to Sybil earlier. Chris is to be commended for putting his best foot forward and serving a needing customer in the fashion he did. Thanks Chris! Dan Cromeans

Where to begin?!. AWESOME! Staff is extremely knowledgeable on the products at hand. Motorclothes® department always has the freshest and newest merchandise to select from. The sales guys rock. The Parts department always do their absolute best to get what you need no matter what the case may be. The service department now features Express Lane Service Center and has several Factory trained Dyno technicians! It is good to know your ride is getting serviced by professionals. I have also been to several events at this dealership and they never disappoint; always a fun time to just hang out with friends and family! They truly are the Premiere Dealership of Pittsburgh.

“I was in Saturday for the Toys-for-Tots ride, did a little shopping in the store and talked to Rick in service (tires are really expensive) and Amanda (what a nice and intelligent young lady she is) along with several of the sales associates. All were warm and inviting and pleasant to deal with. I was also in a few weeks ago with my wife to by her a new helmet and the young lady that helped us was wonderful. If I could give them no stars I would, I went to pick up my motorcycle and the staff were very ignorant and rude. I had my bike serviced and my battery was supposed to be charged, when I came to pick it up nothing was done, they said I had to buy a new battery because mine was no good. I took my battery home and charged it. Works fine. This dealer will never see me or my bike ever again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALER.

Bought my 2015 Heritage in the Fall of 2014. They had to find the one I wanted. A few days later they went North Carolina and switched one out. I had my New Bike! Everyone in the store was very helpful and experienced! Went over the Bike from top to bottom to make sure I understood everything! Great group of People!!!
