I bought a scooter 2 months ago. After 1 month and 15 days, the scooter didnt start. I called the owner, he told me it was $60 to come get the scooter (15min away), and an extra $60 for them to figure out what was wrong. Pricey. Very important to be aware of the warranty. Be careful everybody, when you buy a scooter there, you have a 6 month warranty but you have to get the oil changed before 300km (not miles) and get it done by US1 Scooters for $20. Otherwise, the warranty is no longer valid. Unfortunately, Alex "forgot" to highlight this clause in the contract. Because I signed the contract, legally, he was correct, but clearly he should have emphasized this very important point. It almost feels like a tactic to void warranties early. I had to find a repair company because he was "busy" and instead had to pay $200. PS for the owner: I had 3 friends that asked me where they should buy a scooter. At first, I told them to come to you. French solidarity you know: But after this issue, I have not recommended US1 Scooters to anyone, you have lost many clients.

I wanted to buy a new scooter so I went to this store, after having tried 2 others, and US1 Scooters is definitly my best choice! Alex, is a young and ambitious entrepreneur, who knows how to satisfy his clients. Very nice, polite he replied to ALL my questions in a very honnest way. I bought a TAO GT5-50, brand new, it has been one month now and it still works perfectly! If it would not, I know I could still go to the store to have it checked, with no problem! Thank you very much US1 SCOOTERS! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME !

Great place to buy a scooter! I originally planned on purchasing a scooter online, but decided to go to a brick and mortar store in case of any issues. Im very happy about this decision. Alex and Diego have been very helpful throughout the process, from purchase to upkeep. The prices are very fair, and Alex is always willing to work with you. I highly highly recommend US1 Scooters to anyone looking to buy a new scooter or fix up their old one.

Great guys working there, very helpful and tell you like it is attitude. Great hours easy to find, they hooked me up with a great scooter no problems, and if i had any questions, they would trouble shoot it over the phone, normally resulting in a easy fix or mistake made on my part. I bought my scooter about 5 months ago and its riding great! When I first came in there were many options to choose from and the employees helped me pick the perfect scooter for me. Great customer service and great mechanical work. I had a problem with my back tire and an electrical issue and they gave me the best price to fix my scooter. If you need a new scooter or to make some repairs I wouldnt recommend any other place!

I was planning on going, but after seeing all the comments I changed my mind. Plus I called them and the guy (assuming the owner, Alex) just sounded like he wanted to rip me off. He oversold himself to the point that it discredited him. He was very anxious in the way he talked sounded like one of those commercials you hear while watching tv at 3am. He even said "come right now and Ill give you a discount."

Alex and Diego are awesome. They helped me out with getting my first scooter and also let me take the scooter for a spin before I bought it which they usually dont do. I wanted to feel comfortable driving the scooter before leaving the store and they definitely were able to do that for me. Thanks again guys. I love the scooter and will definitely be coming back for that 50cc Cruiser lol

Horrible place ! I went there and I asked couple of question and he is like " Im so busy,you wanna buy it or not".Can you imagine that if you need something after you buy the moped ! Totally low class guy with the slang accent !! When people open up the business, they have to take the " how you should speak with the customer " course !! I hate low class,disrespectful stores owner !!

Stand up business run by young entrepreneur . I took advantage of the september special and purchased a brand new tao tao a1 50 and a shiro helmet for 700 bucks flat. All my questions were answered and my experience in general was very comfortable , great service!
