I dont write many online reviews but, for these guys, I have to make an exception. Lee and his service technicians are top-notch in every regard. I was on a long trip, far from home, and needed some make/model-specific service and parts. Beyond fitting me into their obviously full schedule, Lee spent extra time sorting out a problem with my panniers. He clearly runs a tight operation SO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, please. You will not regret doing business with this team. At one point, the attending technician came out to confirm my desired tire pressure – Crickey! Sounds like a minor point but that kind of attention to detail and customer engagement is unparalleled in my experience with service shops. While waiting for the work to be done on my bike, I split my time between the showroom and service counter. I probably saw a dozen customers come and go during that time and all needs appeared to be professionally, promptly addressed. I run a business, know that it’s difficult to find good people, and was very impressed by the quality of everyone I met at European Motorcycles of Pittsburgh. It will be a pleasure to give them more business. They have earned it. (But next time I plan to pass through their AO, I’ll schedule an appointment.)

Its a waaaaays into the suburbs for me, and the downside is the drive there. That said, the service is excellent and professional. The manager also saved me $1k+, by helping me look up the VIN on my bike to see if the previous service had or hadnt been done by another service center; the phrase "we dont want to charge you for work that you dont need" went a looong way with me. Aces. Wish they had somewhere to sit/something more to do while Im stuck there waiting; its a far enough drive out of the city that getting my wife and/or a cab to pick me up and drop me off is a tough sell.

First. the service department lost my parts order and then attempted to add a diagnostic fee. Also, when attempting to purchase a new ducati, I waited in the showroom for over an hour with no contact from any sales men. Also a year later I decided to give them a second chance and again was disappointed, The sales manager agreed on a price on a new ducati and went back on his word and tried to charge a higher price. I would NEVER go back there again. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere, even if it means a lengthy drive to another dealership.

New service manager is to be avoided at all costs. Resorting to Mathias BMW in Ohio. Service manager who has no knowledge of the motorcycles is not someone Im going to trust. Not only that but apparently I have more knowledge which is scary. Ive attempted to reason with the owner, only received excuses as to why its his fault the service manager is argumentative and unwilling to do anything. All I wanted was codes read from by bike. Cant even get that. Go elsewhere!

We stopped in without an appointment to see about a software update for our bike. We initially made an appointment for the next day but while getting ready to leave, one of the techs stopped us to say they could do the update right then. The shop where the bike was purchased waited a week after we contacted them to even try to set up an appointment with us. Well be bringing all our business to European Cycle.

Fantastic dealer to deal with Lee(owner) tracked down a hard to find bike for me and brought it from New Jersey for me. Lee was great to work with and I got great deal. Guys in service helped load and tie down new bike for trip back home. Well worth the 3 hour drive each way to get to. They were all very helpful on the phone and in person. i wish they were closer so i could have them do my service.

European Motorsports did tons of maintenance on my (elderly) bike and got it back on the road for the second half of my long trip. They (well Lee in Service) also answered ceaseless silly questions on my part with unfailing good humor and detail. The bike works wonderfully now and I would definitely make them my regular shop if I lived within a couple hundred miles. Awesome work and service!

This is a great shop; i just got my 95 BMW R1100R back from them and she runs like a dream now! If youre a BMW rider, you have to be a bit clever with your timing getting the bike into the shop if you want really prompt service, seeing as how Eurocycles is the only BMW dealer in the area, but we should be used to that by now! The boys do great work!

Always great service and Welcoming attitude. Have had my experience with other BMW Dealers through out the USA, but never meet a better Service and Parts Department. Best of all they have never sold me or suggest anything that was not needed. Thanks

Avoid this dealer at all costs. Horrible experience with the shop. Had my scooter for four months then did nothing to help after it stopped running within days. They were supposed to inspect my scooter, and after four months, "forgot". Nightmare.
