I should start this review by saying that I should have learned my lesson the first time and steered clear of North Miami Motorsports. Their customer service is deplorable and their work isnt anything to write home about. From the very beginning, their communication about how to pay for the repairs was confusing and frustrating. I received a CC form that I promptly filled out and sent back. After that I received a call telling me that I had to put the dollar amount on the form for it to be accepted. Fine. I rectified this and sent it back. I then got another phone call saying that I needed to come sign the receipt in person. Why would you send me a form to fill out if you expected me to do this in person? I told them that I really didnt have the time to do that and understandably had a lot of questions about why this policy had now changed, which were completely cut off by the INCREDIBLY rude service manager Dennis Padilla, who told me that I needed to go in PERIOD and sign the receipt for their records "because of the dollar amount, and so there was no possibility of a charge back." They knew my dollar amount when they sent me the credit card authorization form in the first place, and now mentioning a charge back??! I told Mr. Padilla how absurd that reasoning was, as a charge back can be initiated with an in-person signature just as easily as a copy, so that wasnt a reason for me to have to go over there. I have also already used their services before and paid for them in full with no prior issues- so this insinuation was insulting. Apparently after HIS introduction of the term "charge back" and my incredulous response, he then informed me I had to either pay with cash or do a wire transfer as they could NO LONGER ACCEPT MY CREDIT CARD EITHER WAY. I hung up in disbelief and muttered a frankly VERY warranted expletive as I did so. I immediately got an email from Mr. Padilla confirming I could no longer pay with CC and that he thought i was "BELLIGERENT" by murmuring "a-hole" as I hung up, and that they had to protect their company as apparently I implied I would be doing a charge-back???! NO Dennis- YOU brought up charge-backs as a miserable excuse for why I had to now change my plans and sign a receipt that you originally told me multiple times I could pay remotely. Absurd. By the way, I even gave him an apology for the word, though I honestly dont feel he deserved one. Apparently incompetency and rudeness is a company-wide affliction. After being transferred multiple times and being put on hold for over 30 minutes, I had to deal with their condescending general manager Ashley Fernandez who insisted that their credit card policy FOR ME ALONE was "non-negotiable", and I had to promptly take out $2300 in cash or send money via wire transfer to get my jet-ski back. She followed it with saying she fully supported Dennis, who she said "Didnt FEEL COMFORTABLE (?!)" and that she felt that I could be a problem with getting my bill paid. I let her know that I had never in my life done a charge back, wasnt even the one who brought it up, and I was being totally and unfairly singled out and jerked around multiple times just for TRYING TO PAY MY BILL. The funniest thing of all was that after the insulting things she said in her email, she followed it with "Thank you for your business and loyalty." You can bet that is the LAST time that I or any of my friends and family will ever give them business and I most certainly do not feel loyalty to a company that insulted and accused me after giving them my business multiple times. You would think they would have learned how to treat their repeat customers. Spoiler alert Ashley and the entire North Miami Motorsports team: you work in a service industry and have customers that you must be kind and helpful to for your business to survive. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Good luck with that.

Worst place to buy jet ski from!!! I bought a 2017 rxp 300 brand new, After 5 min in the water the jet ski turned off That was on Saturday... on Sunday Monday Tuesday not only I didnt get to be with the jet ski on my days off they didnt fix the problem didnt call or wanted to help out. I went there to see whats going on i saw the jet ski in a horrible shape after they took out the jet ski from the water they didnt even clean it. It sat all THIS TIME WITH SALT. Once I told them about it they dont want to get me a new one or give me my money back because they ruined my jet ski. I bought this jet ski for a lot of money and they SCAMMED me. Now I am with no jet ski and no money. Worst experience of my life NEVER buy for there!!!

Extremely pleased with my purchase experience. They were incredibly easy to deal with and were highly motivated; always willing to go the extra mile. Once we decided on a bike and agreed to a price, they had me out in less than an hour. This has easily been my quickest, most enjoyable vehicle purchase. Ill gladly be doing business with them again in the future for my next bike and would definitely recommend giving them an opportunity.

My experience at this dealer has been one of the best of My Life , the moment I stepped inside the store i felt like I was home; I had the pleasure on dealing with Albert , probably the best sales man in Miami when it come to scooters , we immediately found an agreement and made a great deal , I am extremely satisfied and I suggest for any body in Florida that wants to buy a Yamaha to go to this dealer.

Just picked up my 2001 Yamaha Zuma from being serviced here and once again they have made me proud to be their customer. Thanks goes to Zack in the service department for getting me out so quickly the scooter is running good, and thanks goes to the guy in parts who put aside the v-belt for my scooter. If any body ask me you couldnt have asked for a better team to take your ride to. Thanks once again.
