Since Ive found MX South, almost everything Ive bought for me (gear) and my bike (even OEM parts and KTM Power Parts) was on MX South. They have a wide array of parts and gear for almost every need, and the service is great. If they are in doubt with something you order, theyll contact you to clarify things and make sure that your order is right. I live in Chile (west South America), and I never had a problem with the shipping. In short, GREAT!!!

Poor poor poor. Received a new battery that would not work out of the box. Purchased specific charger, would not hold charge on my bike. Communicated on day 32 of purchase after taking battery for testing, and told battery is bad. MX South would not refund per their 30 day policy. What a crock for $150 dollar battery. No telling how long battery was in stock. Would not purchase from this company again. Ever.

poor customer service, very rude and unpolite!! Bought parts on their amazon store, have a very bad experience and left a negative feedback, and the day after i found out that they exactly delete my feedback and blcoked me on amazon i cant leave any feedback for the product that i purschased from them.DONT SHOP HERE if u want a good warranty and customer service support!

Jeff was the rudest person! He did not resolve anything and continues to email me withput giving me the managers contact information. He also asked me if I speak English! I ordered a plastic kit did not receive the shipment and tried to cancel with no luck...Id not recommended that you order from this company EVER!!!
