6/22. Misrepresented the bike into the thousands in damage. Spoke with Alex Christodoulou, one of the owners. Able to work out a refund for the items we could agree upon. I purchased a 2014 road king big wheel bagger back in early March. I was buying a top-notch bike in excellent condition with only two minor paint scratches that have been repaired according to the saiesman. Chaz also told me hed riden the bike at speeds up to 80 mph with no issues at all. Issues at delivery: "Air Switches loose/missing hardware-Easy fix, chase down hardware No rear saddlebag or fender support-This is going to be problem, the fender will break and the bags will beat themselves against the fender Missing Saddlebag support rail cushions-It appears that they left these out to get bag alignment, this will cause bag damage over time Right bag is hitting side cover causing paint damage-This is a result of the missing bag cushions Swingarm hitting transmission in up position (Paint already damaged)-This is a pretty big problem, there is supposed to be an offset bracket on the shocks, they didnt use one (I suspect so that they could keep the frame off the tire, this was the problem with Dirty air on the other bike I told you about). If we ordered the bracket, I suspect that the frame will lay on the tire and create a completely different problem when the air is out. The bike has Monroe shocks on it, weve previously discussed my opinion of them, they are creating the above issue. Rear Brakes are soft-Need to be bled Seat has no pan and isnt glassed. It buckles when sat on Throttle Sticks-We suspect adjusting position will fix this, theres no endplay in the grip, there should be. Steering neck clunks over bumps-Well have to dig into the front end to determine cause and if its repairable There is a constant Service Engine light on, we will need to go thru the service diagnostics to determine cause The low fuel light is flashing on the speedo, there is no gauge on the bike which may be causing this (Theres gas in the bike, never actually seen one do this before). The amplifier is mounted to the ABS Module, it appears that its glued on. It will fall off eventually (Probably sooner than later), I would recommend relocating it somewhere more secure. These are all things that we have seen so far, as I stated before, the quality of the paint is pretty rough (Wavy, Dirt, Orange Peel, fish eyes). Our paint shop may be able to cut and buff some of this out but some of it would require repainting, Im assuming thats not a priority at this point. Let me know how youd like to move forward." Forwarded the Haul Bikes load report documenting 3 scratches, 2 rubs and 16 chips. Original Sale listing included "The candy paint is gorgeous and pops in the sun. The attention to detail on this bike is stunning! You can be sure that the new owner of this bike will not be disappointed!

I just purchased a Thunder Mountain 240 from V-Twin City over the Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday the 28th 2016. I drove down from Raleigh NC which was about a 12 hour trip with Truck and Trailer to pick up the bike. It was raining profusely when I arrived because of Tropical Storm Bonnie, so I was unable to test ride the bike, however, Steve Annessi started her up and she purred like a kitten and then he rode it her into the trailer we tied her off. Had a nice long chat with Steve while at the dealership and felt like friends when I left. Mike did all of the paperwork and he was very knowledgeable and helpful as well, but it was Steve that I really got to know. I was going back to NC when I realized all that would happen was that I would just follow the Storm, so I decided to stay a couple of days in Florida and ride the bike. Steve hooked me up with a place to stay in W. Palm Beach as it was nice an sunny there. I arrived and checked in and after a few problems with my first room, finally got situated and was now ready to ride. By now it was around 6 pm and I had arrived at V-Twin City earlier that day around noon. Anyway, I hopped on the bike and hit the starter and all that happened was that sickening clickety-click of the solenoid popping in and out but the motor wouldnt turn over. Needless to say I was pretty hot and being Saturday after 6 pm on Memorial Day Weekend, fat chance of getting anyone to help, but I had Steves personal number that he had given me earlier and I called him. He immediately calmed me down and said he would be to my hotel within the hour. On his own time and dime, he arrived at my hotel with the tools needed to get me up and running! Now that is TRUE customer service! I am very happy with my purchase and even though I am 800 miles away, the next time I am in the market for a one off bike, V-Twin, and especially Steve Annessi, will be the first on my list to contact. :)

Overall outstanding experience with V Twin City as a business whether sales, financing or service. Starting with Steve in sales who left such a good impression over the phone which was the sole reason I visited Vtwin. Steve came across as a straight forward and honest person who was just as interested in what I was saying and looking for as he was trying to do his job. Definitely not your typical salesperson and I have purchased many over my life time so I know the difference when I see one. He was very patient, couteous, polite and helpful all the way through with financing, transport. He didnt disappear simply because I signed the dotted lines. He even offered to make a sacrifice and rearrange his schedule and find a babysitter for his child just to accommodate me by giving me a ride to my house. now I truly appreciated that. So thank you Steve. Moving on to finance, Mike was great. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. Best of all he set me with awesome financing to where I refinanced my other motorcycle through their bank. He handled all paperwork flawlessly and expeditiously and got me on my way. So thank you Mike Finally, service. I want to thank Jody and Gabriel. I brought my bike in twice for some minor issues and although I had purchased the bike with AS-IS condition, both times Jody took care of it with a smile and at no charge. I also brought my bike some routine maintenance work and he gave me a fair and reasonable price. Gabriel who worked on my bike all 3rd times, is very knowlwdgeable, careful in handling my bike and did a clean and outstanding job of servicing my bike. Very friendly and nice in explaining what he was doing on my bike. So thanks Jody and Gabriel. and last but not least, Stacy who was very friendly and did an outstanding job of detailing/cleaning my bike when the work was done. Thanks Stacy.

We have been jerked around for 2 weeks by this company, they had agreed to buy my husbands 2012 Harley Davidson on an agreed amount, when they came down to pick it up even though they had lots of pictures ahead of time per their request. They decided when they got here they were dropping the price, they were getting a great deal as it was. We said no, then we had discussed all the bills we had piling up so we agreed to the lower amount. Then once again they had us jumping through hoops getting them everything they needed to complete the sale and overnighted the title and paperwork which we could really not afford to do but we knew there would be a check coming. My husband gets a call and 15 minute notice that the guy will be here to pick up the bike and has the check with him. So it was like great we can get our commitments we made paid off. WRONG AGAIN!!! The bike was started to get it loaded and then all of a sudden they decide the bike is to loud. WTF!!!! TOO LOUD ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! So now here we sit with no check and a bike that we had agreed with V Twin City to sell with a purchase order and agreement. You dont do people dirty like that & we now are going to have to pay to get a new title because they wanted it signed over to them and sent to them before they could process a check. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE!!!! Very Disappointed & Unhappy in Big Pine Key, FL.
