I couldnt say enough how much this shop is a "non work seeking" shop. What i mean by that is they really dont want to work on your bike unless it actually needs it. For example every question i have they answer and try to explain to me how i can fix it on my own and not bring them the bike.(i almost always bring them the bike to check it anyways, which they do for free. All just to make me comfortable) They only want it if it needs work. So no more of these broke mechanics telling you that you need all this extra unnecessary stuff done to generate revenue. They really just want to fix it to get it out of their way. Out of 30 shops i have been to this is the only one that treats customers like they are "all knowing master mechanics" P.s. they are always giving out discounts for no reason at all.
