I talked to Adrian this morning at Kawasaki and he was very unhelpful. He continued to ask me questions about the motorcycle that I feel where mechanical questions that I could not answer. Instead of just telling me to bring it in he simply said he cannot do anything if I cannot answer his questions that were not questions that I could answer. I will make sure to pass this on to my fellow bikers of the kind of service I received today. Thanks

Two older guys run the shop. I like the fact that they dont try to jump all over every time I just look at a bike. If I ask a question they are more then will to help. They are able to give decent deals for parts. Unfortunately they lost their maintenance guy a while ago. Not sure if they have replaced him or not yet.

They don’t stand behind their part warranties. If you buy anything here then make sure to have them write the warranty period on the receipt or they will pull the 6 month warranty scam on you later. Other than that, they are okay, but you will not likely have the same experience as a real Kawasaki dealer.

Called to order a part. Was told I would be called when it came in. Never received a call back. When I called 10 days later, I was put on hold. After 10 minutes I hung up. There are far better bike shops in the area.

Came here to get chain replaced on my Yamaha r6, they have good prices and both dudes that work there ride so they know their stuff. They also have nice helmets and accessories for your bikes

Walked in store to look at motorcycles. Never approached and never assisted. Two employees (older looking gentlemen) were talking and watching me but never helped me. Very rude.
