I went to this dealership on Saturday Oct. 25th to have my Sportster undergo break-in maintenance. After donating blood to Carter Blood Care, I browsed around the dealership while I was waiting for my Sportster to get fixed. I was approached by Corey from the Internet division and Nick from the Sales department. I was chatting with the two of them when Corey mentioned that they could do an appraisal of my Sportster while it was undergoing maintenance. While he went to take care of that, I was talking with Nick and checking out the new 2015 Harley V-Rod Night Rod Special. I mentioned how I would love to upgrade to this bike one day, but Corey came back with good news on my appraisal! After reviewing the appraisal price and crunching all the numbers, I decided to trade in my Sportster and purchased the Night Rod! The purchasing process took another couple hours to go through, but during that time the entire staff treated me like one of their own family members. Being a Saturday, the entire dealership was busy as a beehive, but I felt like the entire staff, especially Nick, Corey, and John from Finance still did their best to dedicate their time to me while dedicating plenty of time to all their other customers. Also, the owner of the whole dealership was around on Saturday and I even got a chance to meet him. LaVeeta from the Motorclothes department took good care of helping me pick out the free shirts and helmet that came with purchasing a new Harley. One of the main reasons why I choose the Harley-Davidson brand is because every time Ive gone to this dealership, theyve treated me like one of their own. Thats an experience that no other dealership and brand can give. Needless to say, the entire process of trading in and purchasing a new motorcycle was made as painless as possible by the staffs hard work. Nick, Corey and John did their best to take care of me while I was there, but I have to give a shout-out to the rest of the staff who will do their best to make you feel like family and work hard at giving you the best experience there! If you want a motorcycle, a knowledgeable staff, and a great family-friendly setting, then Harley Davidson of Dallas in Allen, TX is the place to be!

This place is great! Seriously, I was treated like family by everyone there. They went above and beyond for me to find what worked for me. I dont remember everyones names but I do remember all their smiles, handshakes, conversations... Tyler is phenomenal! He can show you all the new and used bikes, tell you all about them and even find one from somewhere else if he has to. He also does the financing stuff and understands unique situations and what will help. He works hard for you every minute! Annie is the one there who got me there! She kept in contact with me and got everything arranged before I even walked in the door. She was fast too! Very friendly person. Jose was so nice. He showed me how stuff works on my bike and took the time to answer all my questions. Shane in service was amazing! He took me in the back where they were working on my trades and getting my new bike ready. He really loves his job you can tell! He explained how the pipes work, the engine, what I should be looking for to take good care of it, how much stuff costs and what all your different options are, let me know what my best choices were right now with what I have, etc. He really took time to teach me. He never once acted like I am any different being a woman who loves to ride big bikes and know all about them! He is very cool! And not pushy either. I would trust him for sure with upgrades, maintenance, repairs... Anyway, I am so glad I went to this Harley cuz some of the others I have been to were either just so-so or even worse. I definitely feel confident in giving this place 5 stars and recommending them to anyone looking for a new or used Harley...or even needing gear, upgrades, repairs or maintenance. It was worth the drive for me. And I will keep going back here in the future, even though there are some closer. It is worth it.

I purchased a new HD recently and the entire purchase process was quite pleasant. I baited the salesman (TJ) to see if he would try to up-sell me, but he held firm in his recommendations (based on my stated needs/desires). Amazing. Hes greeted me each time Ive visited the shop, checking out how Ive added components. He obviously love Harley Davidson motorcycles. Other sales folks (not involved in the sale) like Joe show genuine enthusiasm in the customers-- even someone elses customer. Neat. Finance guy Johnny (?) was great, too. Im so accustomed to being accosted by the Finance group to add this, try that, trick the price up, but... I guess not here. I did add the maintenance option because it just flat made sense. One more thing-- they actually (ahem) found me a lower interest rate and nabbed it for me without me asking. Why? He had the sale already... Parts folks (with the exception of Tim B, mentioned in someone elses review) seem to genuinely love what they do. They dont have everything memorized, but the sure know their stuff (even Tim). Best in my opinion are Brett (friendliest) and Cole (most knowledgeable, I think). I had a little more sales push from the clothing girls (and pouting from Tim when I bypassed him for another), but the parts guys all seem to love Harleys and now how to put them together. Nothing special, but not bad, either. Its probably where they make most of their money. Service folks (I had my maintenance done under the plan and a few accessories installed) are generally good, too. Theres a slightly cocky guy named Steve there, but everyone else seems really great. Service advisors (especially Mark) are pleasant enough. Over all, a really good group of folks.

Yeah I typically only put in a review when the experience has sucked bad enough for me to waste my time doing it. Things have gotten better here over the past few times Ive had to buy a part or two here. I needed some cables for my new apes and the guy actually did call me the next day like he said he would. Im bumping up my stars because I know things change over time and fingers crossed it appears the parts department has some new people that follow through. Update... 5 years later, STILL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in thinking 5 years something has had to change, nope. I wanted to get new bars on my CVO and they were too busy to help me last Friday so I told LooWee the "Chrome Specialist" what I wanted and he was going to price all parts and labor and call me. 8 Days later... you guessed it nada peep from them. Its unfortunate because this is the closest dealership to my house but they just cant get it together. 5 years ago..... After just spending almost a grand on parts and telling them I would be back to buy another $500 worth once they had them in stock the parts "associate" Tim B (PER THEIR WEBSITE) basically acted like he was too good to speak to me and when I asked him a question the new guy didnt know he kind of shrugged me off. WOW, to act like they dont need or care to have my business as they swipe my card for a $800 sale. Most of the time I go in hes just sitting on the computer and doesnt want to get involved. Last penny I spend in this place and Im tempted to walk back in and return everything I just bought. Worth the trip to buy at American Eagle or somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE.
