I was very impressed by the way my wife and I were treated at RPM. We came in a number of times looking at their Moto Guzzi line, and were helped each time by Gary, a chill guy who encouraged us to look at a number of different bikes, but was never pushy or salesy. In fact, when we were talking about looking at houses around the same time, the sales manager, Krisztian, told us to take care of the house first. We werent discarded as a waste of time because we were "just looking." Since I have my motorcycle endorsement, they allowed me to take some test rides, which is truly invaluable when picking out a motorcycle -- especially for me, since it had been 7 years since my last bike. After taking out a gently used, slightly modified, Triumph Thruxton Ace Cafe Special Edition, I was pretty certain that Id found the right bike for me, and Krisztian gave me the price and boiled it down to the lowest price he could give us since he knew we were in a hurry to be somewhere. With quote in hand, we left to meet some friends, but decided to call and put some money down to reserve the bike. After a few days of researching the bike a little more, I felt the price that they were asking for was more than fair and chose not to negotiate (I once kept a car dealership open 3 hours after it closed while I negotiated a deal) because I wanted to make sure everyone involved got a fair deal. Krisztian walked us through buying gear and never tried to upsell us or get us into anything that didnt suit our needs. I eventually opted for a Shoei helmet that they didnt carry in store (Ive always worn Shoei, and wanted to pick out the color instead of working with what was in stock) and they ordered it for me. They gave me a great discount on my gear purchase and even let me borrow a helmet until mine came in. Helmet came in a few days later and they gave me a call to let me know it arrived. Finance was easy; they didnt run my credit through a thousand banks like car dealerships do -- we have great credit, but I know they do in house financing for special cases. Bottom line: not salesy, no pressure, relaxed but attentive sales team, helpful, fair pricing. I kind of cant believe Im talking about a dealership this way. My wife is in the market for a bike now, and I wont be going anywhere else for it.

On the hunt for a used Honda Fury and not having any luck in Houston, my wife and I decided to head North one early Saturday and after a morning full of disappointments we were directed by a local Yamaha dealer, of all places, to check out RPM Cycle due to their amazing staff and selection. Upon arriving at RPM we were immediately surprised how helpful and patient the staff was. It honestly didnt take us long before we were presented with a phenomenal deal on a brand new Fury that we just couldnt pass up. After a quick lunch while they prepared the bike, upon returning I decided to chat with the staff about their opinion for a future bike for my wife, considering she has never ridden before. After hashing out some details and options and learning about automatic motorcycles (who knew?!?) we quickly came to an agreement that we were now leaving with two bikes that day! All in all we walked away amazingly happy with the service, our purchases, the financials and customer relations skills this staff portrayed throughout the entire process. We couldnt be happier with our bikes, helmets, jackets and other accessories we purchased that day. In the future I can guarantee you that my family will be making the 3 hour trip again when we get ready to buy bikes for my kids when theyre ready. If you havent already stopped by, it is definitely worth the visit to at least meet a team that really knows a bit or two about customer satisfaction!

“Kevin Whitaker is truly a pleasure to work with. He not only listens, but actually remembers a conversation. Thats truly refreshing in todays service industries, where most providers are over booked and they are looking at you talking, but not absorbing a thing you say. Not Kevin. I was really, honestly taken aback by his memory and situational awareness! Not to mention hes really a nice person. All the folks at RPM are great. I have purchased three Triumphs from them. On my latest service visit they even cleaned my cycle (it was really dirty and I didnt have time to wash it before I took it in). So not only is my Bonneville purring like a kitten, shes nice and clean, now thats service! Thanks RPM! I highly recommend this dealer. ”This place is awesome. Cliff in sales was an absolute pleasure to work with and in no time I was riding off on my 2013 Triumph Trophy SE! All the staff are really nice. What I love about this place is nobody runs up and pounces on you the second you walk in, youre free to look around. But if you need assistance, all you have to do is ask and everyone is very helpful...I really like that. I look forward to developing a long-term relationship with RPM Cycle. Thanks again guys!

went to rpm to get my front tire changed. took them forever and when i went to pick up my bike they had broken the speedometer cable. i was told by DAVE (THE SERVICE MANAGER) he would order me a new one and call me when it came in the following week and they would install. never heard from them. i called 2 weeks later and they told me they were to busy right now and they would call when they got a chance to put it on. its been 2 months and still havent heard from them. i was still charged full price for the install of my tire and got my bike back in worse shape than when i took it to them. DAVE acts really weird, like he is on something. I used to take my bikes there for repairs but every time i would leave feeling like i just got screwed without even a kiss. STILL WAITING FOR MY SPEEDOMETER TO BE FIXED. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any type repair. I finally got my own cable and fixed my bike myself. Horrible customer service for the repair shop. dont do it.

Deceptive Sales Tactics. I was in the market for a Honda Africa Twin. Since they had three in stock I stopped by to check them out. When I asked when the 2017 model would be available the Sales Manager told me that they would not be available until December. They offered a good price on a 2016 even though I made it clear that it was not the color I was looking for. After my visit I continued my search by calling several other Honda dealerships in the area when I got home. I found out the 2017s were actually available to order and scheduled to ship withing six weeks. With sales practices like that, it is no wonder RPM Cycle still had three 2016 models on the lot. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT shop here. There are more honest Honda dealers nearby.

I first walked in the door 4 & a half years ago looking at the, beautiful, Bonneville T100 Black. At the time I was on deployment and unsure of being able to ride a bike because of injuries I received in A-stan. Wade, who unfortunately isnt with them anymore, made me feel welcomed & never once pressured me & told me there were things he could do to help me ride with my injuries. 3 years went by & I kept bugging Wade until finally I could get a Bonny. Dave has taken care of me both times something went wrong, love messing with him about the bike always breaking, which were both problems factory related. The only slightly downside is Wade & Lindsey being gone & the slightly long wait time on getting my bike back.
