****EVERYONE PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING THERE****Wow,I dont even know where to begin. I originally left a great review for these people but that was before everything went to hell. To start with,last week I took my 150cc moped up there to be serviced because it wouldnt start...they charged me 50 dollars to tell me I need my carbarator cleaned out and a new battery. They wanted to charge me an extra 200 for a 30 dollar battery! I told them to go ahead and fix it because I was ready for it to be fixed..so the next day I go up there to pick it up...they tell me ITS BEEN STOLEN!!!! So I was thinking ok they will give me a new moped to take care of it....well they tried giving me a piece of crap that was lower quality than the one I originally had AND I said hell no! So they made me pay 250 for tax title and liscences and still want 100 dollars more for the new bike!!!! ARE U SERIOUS?! On top of that they want me to pay for the REPAIRS OF MY STOLEN MOPED!! These people are a damn joke.Why in the hell should i PAY ANYTHING WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES WHO LET MY MOPED GET STOLEN! If my car got stolen at the Honda dealership do u think they would really make me pay for anything? NO! These people are terrible!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER.

I ordered parts from them for a Chinese scooter. They did not run my card for 5 days then ran it and when they said they would send me the tracking number for my parts, I never received it. I payed an extra 10 dollars for shipping on a cable and a kickstart jackshaft. After the first week after the order they said the parts were on back order when on the original order they told me all the parts were in stock and would ship the next day. 7 days later they told me the parts would be here on the 16th. On the 17th they told me they would be there on the 19th. This whole time I was re-giving my e-mail address so they would send me the tracking number. They still have yet to send me the tracking number and I have not received the parts yet. They have absolutely horrible business practices. I had to call and get the tracking number and the parts were not shipped until the 16th and were ordered and were supposedly in-stock on the 4th.

I would NOT recommend these people to anyone. I bought a scooter from them back in june, it was poorly put together. They didnt care about my business at all. My paper tag ran out BEFORE they got me the plates. I had to threaten them with calling the state of Texas to even get my tag and plate. No warranty, no service and no parts. Clearly the 5 star "David" person below with a good review is them. They have a bare metal building with "mechanics" aka assemblers, that dont speak English and leave my front wheel bolt loose. They wanted to charge me $90 to fix a speedometer, that turned out to be a cable that I bought online for under $20 shipped and took 20 minutes to replace. They dont stock any parts, they just sell scooters by undercutting the competition and ripping off their customers. I wish I would have paid more somewhere else and got some kind of real warranty and good service.

I took my scooter there for repair and he said for 200 he would make sure everything was good on it so I paid him and it worked then a few days latter it wont start he said it was a fuel pump and sent a guy to fix it for a hundred bucks then next day same problem he said it’s the battery so I replaced battery my self and still nothing then finally I took to another shop and they said its clear the problem is the carburetor and the other parts if he really replaced them was not necessary. I called the manager and he said even tho I did not buy from him he still gave me a good price that was his response. I think when I was shopping around and did not buy the used bike he tried to sale me he screwed me on the repair job. The fuel pump never needed to be replaced. This place will rip you off do not trust them. They sound nice but they will tell you anything.

Dishonest practice, stay away from this place. Paid 1300 for a new moped and received one with a torn seat, 50 miles on it and scratches everywhere. When i called the employee who sold it to me his excuse was that parts come from China, him and the manager agreed to give me a different one a week later. I waited a whole week and when I called nobody knew anything, there was nothing for me ready, the manager never answered and the girl working there just laughed at me. They delivered defective product and just took my money. And I couldnt send it back right there because the delivery guy didnt bring to my house, supposedly he could find my house. Had to go meet him somewhere. I got ripped off by this dishonest people that just took my money sent me a defective moped and did nothing to solve the problem. CERO STARS

They wont let u turn it on until you buy it. They tell you its under warranty before you buy and then when you pay they tell you about the fee you have to pay for repair while "under warranty". One employee was new and was being pushed to help me and couldnt understand English well and had to keep going back to another employee for every answer. I got home to notice that the employee at the front desk gave me the wrong bill of sale with another customers drivers liscence and ss# from Oklahoma. Customer service was ok. Bike still works but I only put 250 miles on it so far. Have had the scooter for 4 months. Please read and check every thing carefully before leaving. Also these are Chinese scooters so they are not as durable so i wouldnt recommend buying anything used.

As everyone states below this place is a complete joke. All they want is your money. I wanted a kids atv they quoted me $399. When I arrived at the store they didnt have it in stock and told me if I didnt pay for it now the price would be $499!!! Thats right, they wanted me to pay $399 for a product they didnt even have. They called me back the next day and told me the ATV was now in stock. When I arrived there were wires hanging out from the underside of the ATV. I asked them to start it so I could confirm that it actuall ran. They told me I had to pay for it before they would start it. Well, I have never paid for a motor vehicle before I test drove it and I am not going start now. These guys are complete idiots. Run as far as you can from these jokers.

Sold us a piece of junk! We bought a 150 scooter and when we got it home the thing wouldnt start! We loaded it back up on the trailer brought it back just for it to quit running after one day! Got the battery exchanged and then the next day it wouldnt start at all. We completely returned the scooter. I put a $700 down payment on the scooter and he would only give me back $600 because of the "prep-up" charge! If you are looking for a scooter DONT go to Dallas Power Sports! They are crooks! I recommend going to Arlington Scooter off of Pioneer St. We purchased the Scooter there for $100 less than Dallas Power Sports and got 2 helmets gloves and goggles! If I could give a negative star I would. BAD BAD BAD!
