Picked up my brand new Indian Springfield on Saturday. Matthew Lang took care of me, and made me a fair deal on my trade; with no BS, and no high-pressure sales tactics. After two weeks of email convos he patiently waited for me to decide between the Chieftain and the Springfield. The entire staff was friendly (mechanics were great in going over the new bike features, rest of staff chatted about bikes while I waited to get the paperwork done). I think the other American bike company has some stiff competition now with Polaris/Indian. Buying a motorcycle (or car) should always be this easy. I hope Matt is around in ten years when I get another Indian.

I bought my first Indian earlier this year back in March from these guys. I worked with Mark and Jay, they were both great to work with and got me setup with a Chief Dark Horse. As a new rider I needed some assistance getting to know the bike and selecting the right accessories and Mark and Jay took care of me. Anytime I stop in with any needs or questions they are always ready to help out! Great team of folks in McKinney and I would recommend to any riders looking for great knowledge and service!
