Worst dealership of any kind, cycle, car, or otherwise I actually felt super bad for the sales guy. He was very friendly and accommodating. I was there with a friend looking for a used bike. I had narrowed it down to a Kawasaki Concours 14 and a Triumph Sprint ST...both, I was told, were kept in mint condition. I had submitted and been approved on a credit app, and transferred money over for the deposit...just awaiting the test rides. They bring both bikes around and left them running. My buddy gets on the Concours, and I get on the Sprint. The Sprint dies before taking off, and wont start back up. They cant get it running. So my buddy takes off on the Concours, and well switch when he gets back. He comes back with it engulfed in smoke. Its leaking coolant and you can smell it a mile away. The sales guy, embarrassed, tells me theyll knock a huge chunk off a newer model Concours, as they have 3 others sitting there. As Im looking at it, I use the key to unlock the tank bag, and the lock pops completely out of the bag and goes flying through the air, right in front of the sales guy. You should have seen his face. I told him I think Im done here. He agrees and says he doesnt know what to say, but the service department will get a beating over this. Long and short, the used bikes are in trash condition, were never fully checked, and even buying a new one there, I wouldnt trust future maintenance from their shoddy service department. I recommend the sales guy go to a different dealership before this one sinks. As far as their rating here? They have a sign posted on their door, offering free shirts if you write them a good Google review. Dont trust the rating here. Im writing a review, alright, but its certainly not for one of your shirts, which Id be embarrassed to wear. I see the owner has no problem responding to 5 star reviews...lets see if he wants to talk with me about what happened two days ago (Jan 14th).

My fiancé purchased a Bennche 700 on Jan 28 for our land in Ark after a lot of research and a personal phone call from Kem, the GM. We were not initially happy with our experience on our first visit but Kem promised to make it right. As stated we ended up purchasing a Bennche which hesitated when you tried to start it. We brought this to the attention of the service manager who sent one of his workers out to test the battery which was good and nothing else. We were told its fine, its been sitting for some time. Well on the morning we were headed out it would not start and had to jump it off just to get it loaded on the trailer. We took it back and was told that they would send it to Bennche to be repaired but did not do any diagnosis themselves. After 5 days we had to call for an update only to be told that "oh yes its here and ready". When asked what was wrong they could not tell me. I asked them to find out what was fixed with a invoice of the repair before I will come pick it up. I was called two days later to be told they just swapped the battery and it was still hesitating. During this time we have had to track down the business manager Brittney to obtain our title which we still have not received. We are 4 days from a full month and we still dont have our paperwork for a UTV that we paid in FULL for. With this being our first UTV we did not know that you needed to strap down the roof while trailering nor were we told by the salesman or anyone for that matter. We were told after the roof flew off on the highway that "oh yea its only rated for 40 mph, you need to strap it down when trailering on Hwy". Our experience has been an absolute nightmare. As of today we have no UTV, no paperwork, no roof but they have our money. Hopefully the owner will respond to my post with some type of quick resolution as I have seen in others. I will provide an update in a week. As of now, BE AWARE of this dealership.

While looking for a bigger motorcycle I came across Freedom Powersports in Farmers Branch. I called the store and met Rodger, I set up an appointment to go in and look at what they had. We went in the very next day about 3 hours early, and Rodger met us at the door. He was working with another customer so Ryan helped us. They had pulled the bike (Ninja 650) I had asked about the previous day and wiped it down for me. After getting all of the paper work in order we were out the door in under 3 hours. I cant thank this staff enough. We were treated with respect and everyone was as nice as they could be. I observed people going out of their way to get us the best deal and the best rate that was available. Im really happy we got my bike from here because I honestly cant wait to go back and see everyone!! Thank you again Freedom Powersports!!

ALL THE REVIEWS ARE INFLUENCED BY FREE T-SHIRTS. At first, I gave them 5-star review just to get a shirt, before i actually experienced what they are really like... Huge mistake! The people in the service department are rude and use fowl language and crude jokes infant of me. I FELT DISGUSTED & DISRESPECTED. Oh and my friends bike was serviced here, and the chain flew off and damaged his bike after only 500 miles of riding! This dealership installed the chain, but refused to cover the damages! After this incident, the General Manager, Nathan, resigned from working there. (probably because he knew that he ripped off my friend!) BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Their mechanics dont even know how to install a chain right, and they wont even help with the damager that they caused!

Tyler is my sales person. I had much contact with him through my purchasing experience. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells. Tyler let me purchase at my own pace and wasnt pushy. When I came in to test drive the Mule he was prepared for my arrival and demonstrated all the features of the edition I finally purchased. That same day he introduced me the the GM, parts person, service person and Nicole. Everyone was very accommodating and courteous to me. When I came into sign the paperwork Nicole had all the paperwork ready and finalized my deal quickly so I could return to the office. Thanks to everyone who made my buying experience great! Im excited for Freedom to deliver my new Mule. Five star service and people.

I had a great experience recently when I purchased my new KLR 650 from Nathan at Freedom Powersports Farmers Branch. He, along with the rest of the team was really helpful, knowledgeable and not overly pushy as many people assume sales staffs are. As this was my first purchase, Nathan ensured that I was well informed of the different options for the bike I wanted. The service team was quick in getting my bike road ready as well. I think the whole process took about an 1.5 hours which is fast considering the credit application and what not. I highly recommend Freedom Powersports Farmers branch if youre looking at getting a new bike. I had a great experience with no hiccups, only a helpful staff ready to get me on the road!
