My first visit to this store was great... I talked to Smoky for a while and he seemed really cool. I decided I wanted to sell my bike through consignment there while saving for a Warrior. Something like a month goes by and its coming towards Spring but still cold and I get a call from Smoky saying the spark plugs have fouled and need replacing. I was transferred to the parts department where I gave the go ahead to replace the plugs and Id pay for it. A month and a half later I show up on a Saturday where there are 15 people outside looking at the used bikes and guess what ... mine is not out there. I ask about it and he said oh well yours was the.. plugs right? and he says yeah we never changed them and I decide to just take it ... they bring it out and it starts right up... it did have old gas, but even with good gas it doesnt respond well to revving it like an idiot when its cold.(it dies).. thats the only thing that could lead a person to believe that the plugs had fouled. On top of this my bike was spotless when it went in and now it has a big scratch on top of the gas tank near the gas door. Anyway... I went to these guys because I had heard good things but this really has me dissapointed. Maybe this is not the place to do business in the parts and service department... the new sales seemed like a good place but remember your new bike goes through the shop in the back before you get it...

Was about to purchase the 60th edition side by side so we went ahead and dropped off our 4 wheeler to have the bearings replaced on the sprocket shaft. The mechanic shop manager was a stuck up brat and told my girl if he had to split our motor apart that it was going to cost 1500$ plus. And if we didnt want the work done he would give us our motor in pieces. She told me his attitude was like we was inconveniencing him. After we told him we would come pick up the 4 wheeler he was nice again. Make a long story short they lost alot of money that day. We ended up buying the brand new 2016 rzr 1000 xp 4 seat "with alot of aftermarket parts they offered in their catalog" from Polaris kawasaki dealership that next day. We didnt want to deal with that guy during scheduled maintenance with the side by side if we got it from Yamaha. We spent 27k at Polaris and it could have gone to Yamaha. Polaris kawasaki treated us with respect from the time we walked in the door till our purchase. They even delivered it to our home. Very disappointed in Yamaha Irving. Shame on that mechanic shop manager.

Went there to see if I could get financing on a bike, which I did. Called insurance and got a quote from them before I just left and pushed paper work. Asked a few more questions about the bike I was interested in and they were answered. In the message Frank left me he said that I may not need a down payment. So I came in and they expected me to lay down $1,500 for a down payment. I declined said I would have to come back in a few months and left. I then called back cause I had a few questions left about the financing company and interest rate. Frank answered and said, "Oh 15-16%" when I asked which company was financing me. He retorted in a rude, condescending tone that, "It doesnt matter, when You(me) are serious on getting a bike and have the down payment then come talk to me." Well Frank I went to Harley Davidson of North Texas - got approved for financing, treated like one of the family. Guess I was serious about getting a bike.

Stadium Yamaha obviously has new ownership...been doing business there for 17 years and they have made plenty of money off me.....I walk in there today to get a price quote for installing a set of tires I ordered for my vintage 1983 V65 Magna; thirty minute job with a machine and a little labor....They turned down the job stating that my bike was too old and they were afraid they would break something and would not be able to replace the part.....There are still parts all over the place for these bikes...What are you gonna break...?...Two bolts and both wheels come right off...slap it on a machine and replace the tires....aint no brain surgery.....My old bike is in excellent condition and would probably leave 90 percent of their new bikes in the dust thru the 1/8 or a 1/4 mile run....They lost this 17 year customer.....

I bought my first yz426 from them back in 2002 or so. Great experience, no problems at all, very friendly and helpful people. Recently I was in again for service on my 06 450. The service guy was very friendly and the manager (Jason?) spent some time with me talking about bikes and riding. I am not the type to be on the web writing reviews and such, but when I looked up their number on my phone I saw some people had written a couple bad reviews. I wanted to share my experience so that no one would be turned away. The web is funny, one person with a "perceived" bad experience can really be a downer for their business. I will be back, good service, good communication, and fair prices. Do your own due diligence no matter where you go with your bike.

I agree 100% with ViJay and bwadley and wanted to help boost the rating here. Ive raced ATV motocross for 5 years now and these guys have continually offered the best prices and service hands down!!! For example, I was able to purchase a YFZ450 stator and have it Next Day Aird SATURDAY AM DELIVERY for what other local dealerships would charge just for the part....that should tell you something. Also, I hate to tell you but if you dont have the capability to make minor repairs on your own machine, you shouldnt be allowed to have one! Then have the nerve to knock this place....youre what I would also call an idiot! Great job to the folks at Stadium Yamaha!!!!

From service to sales, we have had a great experience. Stadium Yamaha is our go-to Yamaha shop. After disappointing visits to several other Yamaha dealerships, Stadium was highly recommended by a friend. Since that time, Stadium has become the only dealership we use. The bike has been in for routine service as well as a major overall of the back axle and collision repair. Recently bought a new bike with no problems. Within an hour I was riding out on my new bike with a better rate than I had been initially quoted. They also worked to get me a good consignment price on the old bike. Thanks Jason, Frank, and the rest of the Stadium Crew!

I had gone over there for an estimate. It took them over 3 hours which actually was supposed to be only half an hour job. What was even worse was when they came back with the estimates. I was shocked!!! I had slipped off my bike(@ 25 mph) and there was no major damage except some minor cosmetic dents. And their estimate was about $7300 to fix the bike. They offered me $4500 for the bike if I wanted to sell it to them. Now I dont understand 1 thing... why would someone who just gave me an estimate of 7 grand to fix the bike would again offer me 4.5 grand to buy it back from me :-( Dont understand the logic behind this....
