We recently purchased a Kawasaki Mule from Ohio Cycle. Weve been looking for one for about a year or so now just trying to figure out what we needed in a side by side to suit our needs as we have horses and move them around various fields all summer. This one had everything we needed. Has the fold down second row of seats for extra passengers,or it can be folded up to have full use of the large bed which we will be using to carry fencing, posts, water, etc. around from field to field. The price was really about average what we saw prior to coming to Ohio Cycle. Not to much more than others of the same make/year were being sold for. Werent able to really test out the four wheel drive at the shop as they are pavement, but upon getting it home and testing it out at the farm it worked perfectly! Only issue we found after getting it home was that it has a bad universal joint in the front end but thats a cheap easy fix thats very common in these types of things. As we were loading up(he offered to have one of his guys help but we were fine and declined) he came over and offered us a hard top to go with it at no charge. He said if it fits you guys can take it! No problems at all! Would probably use Ohio Cycle again should we need another purchase like this!! Ashley and Billy! Edit: I saw some people complaining about title issues in their reviews so I wanted to add that we received our title in the mail exactly 1 week from date of purchase. We are very pleased with how quickly and easily everything went and have already been putting our side by side to use in the woods!

Okay Ill just get down to the point. Im a new rider, never ridden a bike before in my life. He took me under his wing ( so I thought). He sold me a nice looking bike and told me everything was good to go. He told me there was a newer tire on it and once I got it home I noticed it leaking. Took it to a shop and said the tire was plugged and thats why it was leaking. On top of that already being incredibly dangerous excpecially for a new rider they told me the nut that keep the back wheel attached to the bike was missing, the front brake was assembled wrong, and the fuel pump was dangerously mounted in the wrong place. Ive only taken this bike out no more than 15 times not ever going over 50mph and the bikes already leaking gas and along with all those problems it needs a new front sprocket as well. Ive put over 700 dollars into a bike I have barely ridden and it still hasnt even gotten a basic inspection. He told me it was a great bike for a new rider when even the mechanic I had inspect it said I was very lucky I didnt get hurt very bad. In his quote ( he sold a new rider a death trap and that makes me sick). When I called to ask if he wouldnt mind re-paying me for all my damages and he hung up and has rufused to take my calls. So now Im left out in the dirt. In debt with a bike a cant even drive. Oh and I forgot the tire was 3 sizes to small for the bike meaning he just takes any old tire and just slaps it on any bike. He doesnt care about your safety just his profit. Dont let this man fool you he doesnt care

After looking around for awhile and checking out different prices I found Ohio Cycle and their bikes. I bought my first bike from a friend so it was a little different buying it from a dealer. Honestly the Service was amazing and they were very helpful at showing me all their bikes (even though I had one in mind and ended up getting it). I was used to riding a Honda Shadow so I didnt know too much about sports bikes but both Duane, the owner, and one of his mechanics, Joel, were very helpful in showing me the ins and outs of the bikes and what I needed to know. Even after I left Ohio Cycle, I went to the Iron pony and met a guy that happened to buy their bike from them before and said it was still running great. Finally, what made me know I made the right choice in buying from Ohio Cycle other than the price was the fact that while riding my bike home, I got a flat tire due to a manufacturers defect in the tire (so not at all Ohio Cycles fault) but Duane still had one of his guys come out and pick me up, after a quick tire change and the mechanic checking out a few other things I was back on my way and havent had a single problem since. These guys stand by their bikes and the work they do on them and I can completely vouch for their honesty and their integrity. I was very happy with my purchase and Im sure anyone else who buys from them will be too.

Overall my experience here was ok, and they definitely had a lot of bikes to choose from. However the main guy sugar coats the whole process, and told some tall tales to finish the buying process quickly. I bought a cbr1000rr here last year, and he was nice but kinda rushed and frazzled. When i walked in, of course "2 other guys were coming in an hour to look at the bike, so you better hurry." Yeah, ok. He also said the bike was his "personal bike" for the last 2 years. Yeah, Im sure it was buddy. It had mismatched front and rear tires, but the price was right and it started up perfectly. And to their credit, they immediately replaced the turn signals and license plate bracket when I questioned their absence. Once I got it home it started making a strange chirping sound from the engine. A curious call to Honda revealed that these particular bikes had a technical recall with the clutch basket that NEEDED to be replaced immediately (strange that you wouldnt notice that on your daily driver!). And it turned out that the bike was 2 weeks out of factory warranty by the time I found out. Thankfully Honda North America was awesome and rebuilt the whole engine free of charge anyway. Overall Id say this place has some good deals but do your homework first. I got lucky.

Im 49 years old and its been 29 years since Ive ridden a motorcycle. My son and I (17) decided wed learn together. I figure, he may try to ride someones bike in the future. Its best if hes trained by the DMV classes. Ive read many reviews and they say that the Ninja 250/300 are great learning bikes. So I spot one on Cycletrader being sold by Duane at Ohio Motorcycle. He seems like a personable guy, clean shop and very knowledgeable. Hed sold the bike two other times as a beginner bike to people who came back and traded it for a bigger bike. I jumped on it and bought it that day. The ride home was a little white-knuckle because it started raining, but the bike was well prepared with newer tires and hummed along like a sewing machine. Duane made sure I knew as much about the bike as he did before letting me take off with it. My name is on this review. I work for the City Of Westerville. Feel free to call me in the Engineering Division for an endorsement of Ohio Motorcycle and Duane. Buy with total confidence. Thanks, Duane!
