The employees are very helpful and always ready to help! The produce people are the best!! But the deli is a different story. I went in one afternoon at about 3 I wanted sandwiches which we normally enjoy. I guess they were short staffed so the young manager in a nasty dirty apron came over from the meat dpt to help. He made it clear he was not happy to help me as he kept trying to use the old dry curled at the edges meat and cheese left from lunch and when I insisted on fresh he stuck the old stuff at the bottom for the next customer. I never went back until yesterday. I got a small ham at the meat counter and was told he had never need trained on the slicer to go to the deli to slice. Well I had to listen to the ladies fuss and complain about it but she said she would do it. I very nicely thanked her and asked twice it be sliced as thick as very thick bacon. I got home and it was so thin I could read a book thru it. Dear Vons Deli my family and I will go across town to Stater Bros going forward!

The store was good but the service wasnt to good the cashier wasnt paying attention to what she was doing and messing around with others and I had 4 bags two of witch for cold bags he wasnt paying attention eather and didnt use the cold bags and we are in our 70 yr or better and put everything in one bag , when I side something he had a attitude .

Was trying to get something really quick already knew what i wanted. But apparently vons does not close at 12 it closes at whatever time dan feels like its 12. White old man with glasses working on 10/17/16. Thought emloyees were supppse to be helpful not be the judge of time.

Helpful staffs everywhere in this store! Prices are abit high but the staffs attitudes always cheerful and helpful makes me come back! They have a lots of good names coffee and other food too so its very convenient for me!

Bread is pretty good but, other than that, theyre Vons Club savings is bogus. Go to States Bros. or any of the local Hispanic markets and save up to 30% vs. Vons club savings.

Closed to home, but the weekly offers on line I come in for arent in this store, the evening manager is not friendly, the employees will give you good customer service.

Deli employee less than enthusiastic to get item I needed from the back room. Store is very small. Selection and shelf space seems to be affected by the small store.
