I would have given this place more stars, but since a new "manager" came into play, he just caused a lower rating on the store. The place was recently remodeled, which is a plus, for the small amount of room they have to work with.There is a tall old man with dark hair, about 80 I think, who works part time who has always has a smart comment for you. He also acts so "busy" and quite rude for that matter, when you start talking to him, say after about 30 seconds, he has to get back to "work". Ive never seen anyone like that. I thought customers were suppose to be number one. The skinny, bald headed new manager just threatened me also, he told me that he "fights back", so if your in the store, and you do something to piss him off, he may punch you. I think Ill take my business to another Ralphs I wont need to be threatened with bodily harm. I think some of the derelict customers are more civilized than some of the help there!

Once again bakery goods priced to high for what you get, and nothing on sale. Otherwise I really like shopping at Ralphs. They were out of fresh garlic but thats partly my fault for shopping so late. The best market/bakery is Vons. Their pastry is almost as good as pastry from an independent bakery. The Vons in Orange, ca. Is pretty far from my house. If I feel the need for good bakery goods, I will go to Vons and purchase additional merchandise that I would normally purchase at Ralphs. The problem with shopping at Vons is that their prices (other than their bakery goods) are generally too high. I am not trying to threaten Ralphs, I am just trying to give you information that might help you improve my shopping experience. I will continue to do the majority of my shopping with you, Ralphs Grocery Store. Thanks, Joan Madison.

This is regarding Ralphs at Orange, California. My husband was here tonight (1/24/17) between 6:50-7pm at the checkout register. He, a man in mid 30s, was told that he could not buy beer by a middle-aged male cashier because his ID was not an American passport. Foreign passports are not allowed to be used as a form of ID, only American. Bewildered, my husband asked to see the manager. The cashier got angry and said that he was the manager, and insisted it is against Ralphs policy to use his non-American passport to buy beer. My husband didnt argue because it wasnt necessary to buy the beer, but we are astonished. It is clear that this man is prejudiced and discriminating against foreigners unless Ralphs actually has that sort of policy? I emailed their customer service, and I hope somebody can deal with this professionally.

Always friendly service, easy to find and reach items, sea food section doesnt smell, cause of the card I get phone calls or text regarding recalls. . Great hot food .. . OK cakes but could be better options, like 3 leches cake . vegetables and fruits are good & @ reasonable price .. Carts are dirty and the homeless crew hang outside w/dogs .. just go early in the day ..

Ralphs market has everything u need for groceries, large selection of fruits, vegetables, great selection of meat & poultry, delicious deli food, bakery, need to get a bouquet or balloons as a gift? Ralphs has that too , even a Wells Fargo bank inside the store, all in one place, plus friendly ,helpful employees, this store has it all

The lines are short and the cashiers are fast moving but friendly at the same time. There is a lot of different kinds of produce that you wouldnt see any where else at a fantastic price. Not only do they have lots of produce, they have lots of other things ranging from skin care lotions to little toy for children

This is a nice Ralphs. Theyve recently remodeled it, so it looks a lot nicer. If you have wells Fargo, they have a branch inside. Always stocked, clean, and friendly employees. The parking is a bit crammed but other than that, Id go back if in the area.

I needed to use the Wells Fargo ATM. Theres a small Wells Fargo branch in this Ralphs. It was difficult to locate, without asking for help. However, the employees were friendly and helpful. This smaller Ralphs seemed crowded with narrow aisles.

They are organized efficient with paying attention to how long lines are they dont have a high turn over rate I love my normal cashiers!!! The rookies they have recently hired are friendly I hope they will turn into senior employees as well!!

Its a really nice store with a Wells Fargo Bank inside the quality of groceries is higher than other markets in the neighborhood parking can be a bit of a pain so be patient h keep an eye out for all the pedestrian traffic in the parking lot

Most of the employees are very friendly. Anyone that you ask for help, will help you and has a great attitude. The selection is fairly good. I find quite a few mark down of the things I like, so I usually buy a little more than I planned.

Its a Ralphs. The store is clean, the prices are low, and the food selection is robust. This spot has great parking, too. One knock on this store is that the store itself is fairly small, making the aisles fairly narrow.

Stuffs there are mostly kind and enthusiastic. They always say hi to you when checking out. If dont have a Ralphs card they will also use a new card to help you save money. As a guest, i like here very much.

Normal Ralphs, normal grocery shopping. Brought my own bags and had to bag my own goods. Didnt know I was on the schedule to work that night. Thru should offer a discount if you do it yourself.

Its expensive and the sales price is only when you buy many! Switch and bait at the register! My bill is always more than calculated! Friendly and helpful staff!! Has a deli and small bakery.

This is my neighborhood market and its always clean and everyone is nice. Its kind of easy to give it 5 stars because I really dont need much help here as Im pretty familiar with its layout.

Parking here is TERRIBLE! Other than that, its OK. Easy to navigate, but not a very large grocery store, so if youre looking for variety you may not be totally happy with your visit.

Waited for over 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me then it took at least another 5 minutes to get my food. Parking is not good, the drive thru lanes block the parking
