I purchased the 12v ride on Jeep for my daughter! When I received it the instruction manual was very hard to understand because it came from China. The English was very poor! I called and spoke with a lovely technician and he promptly emailed me a step by step video on how to put it together! It was super simple to follow! Once I had it together the radio and horn were not working. I called back again, spoke with the same man, he did some troubleshooting but we couldnt figure out the problem. He explained that because this had never happened before he was going to do some research and he would call me back later in the evening! He definitely returned my call and explained that they think it was a certain part. They are sending out the part free of charge and he also threw in a few extra (really good) items for the inconvenience! Im hoping this does the trick! If it doesnt, I am confident that they will do whatever it takes to make it right!

STAY AWAY. I PURCHASED A DEFECTIVE JEEP THAT CAUGHT ON FIRE WITH MY 16 MONTH OLD SON STRAPED IN TO THE SEAT 4 HOUSES DOWN. AND THE COMPANY WOULDNT SEND ME A NEW ONE OR COMPENSATE IN ANYWAY. I bought the jeep. The vehicle was defective and I requested an exchange immediately because it came with no battery or windshield. Then the steering broke, then the remote broke, then the radio broke, then it stopped making any start up noises. Ive had it for a month and a half trying to get it to work. My son had not used it 1 time. And now he is petrified and wont go near anything with wheels. Going to need to talk to a lawyer for this one.

My 1yr old love his car the only problem I had was the A/C DC Adaptor went bad to charge the car but once you contact them they would replace it
