Yesterday, I visited this store and I must say I am never disappointed by the service I receive. My son had received a replacement Iphone thru our insurance and I was having some issues with connectivity. Steven and Tim went out of there way to assist me and also introduced me to several other products to use for my tablet (hotspot). I have been using this store for the last 3+ years and have always received superb service. I actually like the small time feel of it better than the large store in Lawrenceville on Rt.1 (Mercer Mall). I look forward to purchasing my next phone with them which will be soon!!

Best experience I have had purchasing a phone...The rep I dealt with made the transaction very easy...Knew answers to all of my questions and did not try to sell me something I did not need...I used to have verizon and switched because on hidden charges and poor customer service...I have been with ATT for 2 1/2 years now and this store has by far, the most knowledgeable and friendly staff I have encountered...I will tell all of my friends about this store.

Yesterday I came into upgrade my phone, pay my bill, Create my online account for at&t, apply a discount, pull up old numbers from my old account & KASH was able to do all of that for me easy !! Also they didnt have the phone I wanted & he called the nearest store so I could pick it up & great Customer service all around from everyone in the store.

This store has excellent customer service excellent representitives. during my purchase the representitive informed me about each phone and how they worked did a great demostration of the phone and how to work the applications market place how to backup my contacts setup my email

To require the customer service rep to call the customer service center to fix an issue is a huge turn off for clients. Give your retailers some authority!
