I normally dont write reviews, but this is a special occasion. This ShopRite offers pretty competitive prices which is a huge bonus considering it is right down the street from a Walmart. One thing this particular ShopRite has that no Walmart could ever offer is amazing customer service. Being as busy as it is, youd expect to be just another nameless person walking into this ShopRite, but you arent. In fact, any ShopRite associate you come across will be more than happy to go out of their way just to help you! I originally started shopping here because my local A&P store was hit hard by the recent hurricane. Now even after the A&P is back to being fully functional, I still go to this ShopRite. Ive entered the store in a really bad mood several times before, but the customer service experience has caused me to leave happy many times. I highly recommend any one reading this to stop by this store for your groceries if youre located in/around Newton!

If you "shop" for the best prices, Shop Rite is almost always cheaper on the whole than other stores. You can buy condiments and other things cheaper at Wal Mart but if you are only going to one place, Shop Rite is the place. Unfortunately they tend to be out of stock on things on a regular basis, sometimes even their own brands. Produce is not the best either. But again, this is the place for shopping if you dont want to "shop around"..

This place has a great seafood department, and a fair selection of organic dairy and meat. On the other hand, its always crowded, and even when all the registered are manned youre in for a long wait at checkout. The produce selection is okay, but not terrific. Not a big deal in a town with so many farm stands.

Love ShopRite. This store is always guaranteed to have the lowest prices. They always have a variety of products even hard to find products or gourmet items. Produce and meats are always fresh. Bakery has delicious cakes and pastries. Its always crowded because its in a good location.

Great prices great selections and great deals. The ShopRite of Newton is one of the more "fancier" ShopRites their setup is beautiful. The staff are delightful and fronds and eager to assist customers. Best ShopRite Ive ever been to if I may be sold bold to say so.

A bit crowded inside and could use some better organization of the aisles, but the employees were friendly and the prices werent bad. Parking can sometimes be a hassle, bit not too bad overall.

Fresh vegetables are available at reasonable price. You need a quarter to use carts. Price cut membership can be availed either in the store or online store webpage. Parking available. .

Pretty decent supermarket out in the boonies. for a supermarket thats all the way up in Rural NJ the prices are surprisingly low actually. the staff is friendly and very lively as well.

Good quality grocery store but a little over priced and often very busy. I always wait in lines 5-10min to get rung up. The parking spaces are small and the lot is usually full.

Although this store is smaller then their Byram store their in stock on products is usually better. Produce Department is one of the better ones in the area.
