I always can find why I need and more, haha! They have great coupons and occasionally patterns on sale for 99 cents! The manager (I think hes new within the last year or so) is very welcoming and professional. Some times I have met a grumpy cashier or clerk at the fabric counter but everyone has bad days I guess.

My wife loves Jo-Ann Fabrics. This isnt the best Jo-Ann in South Jersey, but it is nice and big. Great source for fabrics, patterns, needless sewing/crafting supplies. The mall where this location is situated is very crowded and very busy. Parking can be difficult.

Tried driving to the location listed above (didnt see the other comment below since I was using my phone) and it took me to a random house on the bend of a strange road. Shouldve known it was Centerton Square, where the Wegmans and Target are!

Not very helpful staff and like someone else said in the reviews, the staff are rude. Also, they overcharge. Went to another craft/fabric store to buy zipper heads, it was so much less expensive. Will not be going there again.

Its convenient and they are a big store, but often lacking the basics. A recent project showed prices were very high, even with the coupons when compared to other craft stores.

I shop here a lot and everytime I go near the sewing machine ladies my day gets ruined. They are EXTREMELY rude women. Final straw, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Average fabric store. Unfortunately, that checkout system here can be very slow resulting in very long lines on a regular basis.

I Have had more problems with the rude cashiers there I care to talk about.they are close thou and have most of what I need.
