The bathroom was the most disgusting, dirty bathroom Ive ever seen. When I brought it to the managers attention, her comment was not professional. ("It wouldnt be a holiday weekend without someone pooping all over the bathroom.") While I feel for them because someone obviously dirtied the bathroom on purpose, and I appreciate that it seemed they were going to take care of it quickly, the comment wasnt something to be shared with a customer.

Nice having a local department store that has just about everything here in town without having to go to Rio Grande! Friendly, clean store. Assistant Manager Melissa is a Treasure! So nice and always helpful.

This is a difficult place to describe. It has some good deals but it also has a furniture section. I was a bit confused. Wallmart/Target meets discount furniture.

The place is very small with limited amounts of items. They do have amazing decorations for rooms and god furniture. Some of the items are very pricey though.

Great location very reasonable prices on their goods they sell. From Furniture to dog food Home Goods groceries electronics and more.

Store wasnt very clean or organized. Staff did not go out of their way to greet or service. Found what I was looking for eventually.

Big lots has changed and you find less deals there. You will have to search to find something good. Furniture is their saving grace
