This review is for all of sprint, not just this store. As long as you never need to call cs youre fine. If you do, you will throw your phone out the window on a freeway. Its the worst! I thought changing my unlocked phone (which has been a pos the entire time I have had it) to another unlocked phone in best buy would have been easy and I avoid sprint. Nope. What should have been VERY easy to a best buy employee that DOES this MANY times a DAY it was 2 hours in best buy, 15 minutes on hold at the sprint store and I was in their store by the time they came back to the phone... you cant move this sim from 1 phone older to a new one, fine. They have brand new sims there waiting. They had to call sprint to activate it... heres the fun part! They said they wouldnt let best buy! They said i HAD to go to their store! I did this to avoid sprint! They are terrible! So I am here when I called a half hour ago JUST to find out what my wait time is bc we had plans an hour ago! No response at all to how long I am waiting. Now I am standing in their doorway WAITING for one friggin sim card that they wouldnt let best buy do!!!!! Thry are the WORST phone company o have EVER dealt with and the WORST CS! Worse than comcast!!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The customer service at this location is beyond terrible. Janeira Charles, in particular, is THE worst representative I have ever dealt with at Sprint, and at any other company. She is lazy and unprofessional. While helping me, she sits slouched in her chair, on her personal phone and pays little to no attention to me or my needs/questions as a customer. When she does answer my questions, she does so in a way that makes me feel stupid for asking, and that Im bothering her by asking. In the short time Ive had service with Sprint, I have had the displeasure of having Ms. Charles as my representative on 3 separate occasions. All three times, she was misleading about charges and fees on my bill, she withheld information from me about charges and fees, and most recently, she offered me a "free" tablet as part of a promotion that I wasnt even eligible for! Thankfully the Sprint HQ representatives that Ive spoken with over the phone have sorted everything out for me, but the damage is done. If you happen to step foot into this store in the future, do yourself a favor, and DO NOT do any business with Janeira Charles. Unless you want to be screwed over, of course.

I was skeptical about going to this store because of the reviews and because of the experience I had at the store in Hamilton New Jersey. The assistant store manager Brandon, at oxford valley mall, gave me excellent customer service. A situation that kept going from bad to worse upgrading my phones, became one of the best experiences dealing with Sprint. He was a friendly person that figured out how to undo all the mistakes that previous Sprint reps created. Not only was his customer service excellent he was fast and took care of all my issues in less time then anyone of the reps that I have dealt with. My hats off to the store. I want to go back just because of Brandon.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. Increasingly expected poor service unless upgrading or buying new, but so called manager Grant is the worst. After catching him in a lie, promised by him to take care of personally. He hid in the back and refused to come out and talk to me. I expected more from a Sprint representative. They are so helpful when upgrading or additional accessories, but when it comes to support they are incompetent!

Took an hour to get my phone back from an insurance claim when all an employee had to do was ring me up to pay the deductible. Their DMV sign in system thing is so awful and no one ever seems to know whos next even though its up on a screen. Every Sprint store Ive ever been to is like this so its not the employees themselves its just disorganized company policies.

I was sent here to repair my broken phone. The staff here said they couldnt repair my phone, nor could they tell me what was wrong with my phone and didnt really explain the steps to take to get my phone fixed. When we called later to seek an explanation, we ended being even more confused.

Lied about my phone having water damage so they dont have to fix it. Told me I had to go through manufacture. Drove up to N Jersey to Samsung for manufacturer service. They showed me the charger port after replacing it for free and there was no corrosion or water damage as Sprint claimed.

Horrible! He lied about the Half-off deal being forever, he lied by saying our data would never go over it would just slow down; LIED about covering our transfer from Verizon fees so they still owe us $1200!!! and they told us we cant get any of that without turn in our old iPhones:-{
