Pretty bad experience. They ended up shutting off my moms phone instead of transferring over my own phone onto my new one when I went in to upgrade. They also ended up using my brothers upgrade even though all of us had available upgrades to use. Had to call Verizon tech to sort all that out, and let me tell you the tech guy was equally as flabbergasted as to what happened. Gave my brother back his upgrade, turned back on my moms phone, and finally shut off my old one. Take it with a grain of salt.
