Terrible customer service.. paid for my shipment online and printed all the necessary docs for insurance but the shipping label never printed. Went to the store figuring they could just print it and the guy refused to help saying they cant print shipping labels and tells me maybe they can help you in Elmsford and proceeds to walk away from me.. UPS cant print shipping labels if you pay online?? Really???
