My husband and I decided it was time for a new washer and dryer. We purchased a great Samsung washer and dryer and since we do not own a truck, we requested that it be delivered. Upon checking out we noticed that Sears had our out of date phone number and address. We gave them the correct address and thought we were good to go. The day of our deliver came and no phone call and no washer dryer I called the 1-800 delivery number only to find out they tried calling my old phone number and were trying to deliver to my old address. I corrected this with the person over the phone and then spoke to two people on the sales floor to make sure this mistake didnt happen again. They assured me that I would get a call back that evening to reschedule the delivery. Of course I did not get a call back and had to call the store and find out what was going on. They informed me that my delivery had been reschedule for Saturday. Not a single person called to make sure this was ok and if this would work for me. Luckily I had planned on being home anyway so I agreed to have it delivered. Saturday came and again no phone call and no washer dryer. This time i spoke to the store manager and again delivery had been trying to call my old phone number and since they did not get ahold of me put my order on hold. At this point i was furious. I decided to give them one more shot. They set the delivery up for Tuesday. Tuesday came and again no phone call and no washer dryer. I called and again after giving out my correct address and phone number numerous times to the incompetent employees of sears they still couldnt get it right. I cancelled this order and will be purchasing from Lowes. I will never buy another thing from Sears ever again. Buyer beware Do not buy from Sears! Terrible customer service/ Incompetent worthless employees.
