If youre buying a Windows PC, there are a multitude of benefits if you purchase it here. You can always bring it to the store if you need any help with it, a tune up, or a warranty replacement. Its free, and the employees are helpful and smart 100% of the time. My one complaint about the store is that you most likely wont find a great deal on their stuff, other than on holidays like black Friday. Compared to Amazon or another online retailer, you most likely wont find anything close. This makes me less inclined to shop there for anything other than a major purchase, like a computer. Overall, the store is clean, the employees are helpful, and the computer support is superior to Apple and Best Buy, and quite frankly, I wouldnt recommend buying a computer at any other store.

I was once an apple see apple do fan...but since converting to Microsoft, I have never been happier. The people at Microsoft in the Westchester mall are talented, helpful and very nice. I had an issure with my Surface which they immediately swapped out with no questions asked. Yesterday there was a tech helping me the Health Band (which is the better than any fit bit on the market) and his knowledge and service was outstanding. The place is awesome welcoming and they teach the average consumer what they need to know instead of being arrogant like the competitor. I love this place and a true convert. Looking forward to the Microsoft phones coming and out.

Went in to return a computer that was under warranty and having hardware problems. It took over THREE HOURS and at least FOUR or FIVE different representatives to get everything set up and transferred. They had no idea how to transfer a Microsoft Office license from one machine to another. They didnt understand how to format and set up the memory stick for file transfer from one hard drive to another. This was an absolutely terrible experience. Before this three hour ordeal, we had to sit in the store and wait about 15 minutes even though we had called ahead and made an appointment. This was an absolutely terrible experience. Dont even bother.

If you want Windows products this is the best place to get them. The selection of PCs and accessories is not huge but they have a great range from extremely high end to more affordable. Both Microsoft brand and others such as Sony, Asus, and HP. Great warrantys with fantastic service, you can bring in your stuff to get fixed or get classes if you just need help. Staff is impressive, all know their stuff and actually like the products they are selling, also are not commission motivated so there is no upsell kind of attitude.

Staff at store was extremely helpful and customer focused. I went in as my laptop was not restarting properly and I couldnt access any data. Ally spent hours working through the technical issues and when I walked out, my laptop was "clean", backed up and operating again. What a relief! Thanks very much!

Excellent service. I wasnt even looking for computer related product, I just asked where I could buy bottles of water. They said, "Well hook you up." And they did. No sales pitch, no haggling. Thanks guys, happy holidays, all of them!

A great store. Staff is bad.. Maps says the store is open till 7.00PM. But the store guys dont allow inside. When I said like store timings are till 7.00, They said like there are other stores which are open till 7.00.

Was treated very well by the staff and given a lot of helpful answers for all of my questions. I was offered a drink as soon as I walked in and made to feel very comfortable. Highly recommend visiting the store.

The repair service is slow and the staff seems perpetually distracted (when not selling merchandise...$$ = commissions). Go to a nearby, reputable computer repair place instead.
