THIEVES AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Like the other reviews say, these people are thieves and Scammers. There are numerous negative reviews for a reason. Even though it says it on the outside, be clear that this is an AT&T AUTHORIZED RETAILER. The average person does not know what this means. Essentially, it means that they are not associated with AT&T in any way other than the fact that they sell their phones. What does this mean? That they can makeup their own rules which at times go directly against corporate policy. This inherently would not be bad, but the conflict is that they still advertise the great policies of corporate AT&T throughout the store. BAIT AND SWITCH. Long story short, a friend of mine overpaid 160 for a 30 dollar brand new phone. When she went to return it the next day, she was told that they do not take returns on full priced phones. When she pointed to several of the signs that indicated the 14 day return policy of AT&T, she was simply told that this doesnt apply. They were of no help. When I contacted the corporate office of AT&T, they were saddened to hear that a seller of their products would not take a return, as they had never heard of anything like that before. They also sadly informed me that because the place on Mamaroneck Avenue is an AUTHORIZED RETAILER, they can unfortunately make up their own rules as they go along and that there was nothing AT&T could officially do. Please do not fall for the same trap. Either make the trek to the AT&T store in New Rochelle or find a corporate location. I myself an a small business owner and realize the importance of customer satisfaction. Hopefully they either change their business practices or shut down before other people are taken advantage of. Extremely rude and impatient customer service.

The owner of this store is really something else. I tried to activate my brand new iPhone. He wanted to charge me $39.99 for activation and $29.99 to transfer the content of my old phone. I was taken back because in a phone conversation with customer services at att they told me it was for free. But I wanted to finally use my fathers days gift. So I accepted the activation fee, but not the content transfer. He asked me to also leave my old phone, and come back in a half an hour. He couldnt pull it off. Unfortunately, for me, he used the SIM card from my old telephone-later I was told that that was disastrous. Long story short, I left the store without my new phone activated and, guess what, my old phone was not working!!!. He had messed up its SIM card. When I confronted him about it he said, "I dont know if it was or it wasnt working, you have to call ATT". After telling him that he was offering awful services, I left. I spent about an hour on the phone with a very helpful representative from ATT who tried to undo the damage but couldnt solve the mess already done at the "Think ATT Store". I was directed, by ATT, to a New Rochelle" store. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! after 5 minutes and $5 plus tax, my new iphone is activated. Shame on you Think ATT!

Horrible customer service. Ordered a new phone, no one called to tell me it had come in. Tracked it online myself and returned to pick it up. As I walked in, two staff members told me they were closing early - because of "bad weather" (it was raining), and because "the system is down." I didnt believe either excuse. Came back several days later. Was handed my phone and asked if I wanted a shopping bag. I said I wanted help migrating my data from old phone to the new phone and was told I would have to wait a long time, the store has only one computer and two people were already waiting ahead of me. No apology, no acknowledgment as to the poor service. Really awful experience dealing with the staff of this store.

Horrible experience with a female employee this afternoon at 2. Didnt stay long enough to catch her name due to her very demeaning attitude and unprofessional way of communicating. Ive had a contract for over 10 years and can say that I will not be bringing my business back to this particular location. I hope management sees this and corrects this employees attitude.

Loved my experience at the AT&T store! Danny, who I found out is the owner, helped me and was amazing. I am a currently on a Verizon plan looking to switch, so I had a lot of questions. He answered every question I had regarding the various plans and didnt try to "sell" me which made me feel much more comfortable. I will definitely be going back soon.

The so called owner of the store tried to charge me 40 dollars to replace a SIM card, and when I told him It was unacceptable he told me to leave the store and literally to "go f.. myself because he was the f.. owner of the f... store"!!! And then started saying things in Hindu... Im reporting him to authorities and AT&T

Great Service and Professional staff. This is under a new management and let me say so much better from before. The store is renovated and the guys working there are so helpful. They even gave me a free phone case since they have just opened. good luck boys! I know ill be coming back for all my AT&T needs.

Went to upgrade my phones to iPhone 7. DJ (Danny) greeted me right away. Suggested a better plan to save me more money and gave me free cases as their new grand opening deal! Answered all / any questions I had on the phones. New management completely rocks! Kevin helped me set up my new phones

Awesome service . Very patient staff. Explained me how to use my phone. Definitely recommend D.J and Kevin. Dont forget to ask for a free tablet . Also they offer promos on direct TV and home security system called digital life . Go to this place and recommend your friends and family .

THIEVES!! If there was 0 stars I would give them that. The owner of this store just tried charging me $59.99 for a sim card. Smooth talker but I left just went to corporate att store on central ave. They gave me New one for $5. Stay away from this place.

Worst place ever ...they refused to give me a refund for an item I never received and canceled cause I didnt want to wait extra days to get a new phone... they overcharged me... I would suggest to deal with a corporate store not an authorized dealer ...

Walked into the store at 10:00 am as soon as they opened with a broken iphone 5 and walked out with a brand new iphone 7! Excited to see what the iphone 7 everyone talks about is really about !
