If I could give less stars I would! I ordered items to the store almost a month ago. Ive been to the this store SEVERAL times to try to pick up my order (totally defeating the convenience of having to make several trips. The first time they said they didnt have my order I tried to hunt for the items in the very messy store. After a few minutes of digging through misplaced items, I gave up and decided to try back another time. The manager was so annoyed when he saw me that he walked away and suddenly I had to wait for someone to become available to help me. The third time, I tried calling the store before stopping by but the line was engaged for about half an hour. When I finally got through the associate who was suppose to be helping me started talking to another employee and walked away from the phone. 10 minutes later.... Ive finally hung up the phone and leaving this review. Dollar Tree, if your customer service is going to be impossible to reach can you please make sure you have the items readily available for sale in store? The service in this store is the absolute worst. Go else where if you can.

The first time I went to this location, I was shocked at how messy the store was. After going back several times, I realized its the people who shop at this store that make everything look a mess. I watched the employees stock the shelves neatly. It takes one person to go over and make the displays look a mess. I was brought up if you look at something put it back where you picked it up. Do not throw it anywhere. That is what the people who shop at this location do. I give the employees credit for trying to make the store look neat. It is a thankless job! Kudos to the Dollar Tree in White Plains, NY!

Its Dollar Tree. If you dont know what that means? Its a dollar store in the most literal sense: Everything is a dollar, sometimes less. Unlike most dollar stores, you can get a lot of decent stuff here, like cleaning supplies, and food. You cant trust all the food you get from here, make sure you check every package for damage (which is frequent), or out of code merchandise (also sadly frequent). This location doesnt seem to be stocked efficiently, but it usually has what Im looking for, and you can pick up some decent deals in general.

This Dollar Store was great during grand opening. Its in a prime location downtown WP. Many nice items, variety of merchandise. Unfortunately lately the store is going downhill. There is only one girl at register and all the shelves are empty. Merchandise is there but its huge mess, boxes on pallets. I suggest you hire more people to work and give this great store a chance. It has great potential but give employees the tools to do their job. Unwise this store will be closed my Christmas. I hope to see positive changes soon.

Let me just first say I love the Dollar Tree. I just dont care to much for this Dollar Tree location. When you first walk in the store it smells of mice and on mutiple occasion I have seen evidence of mice, there are mice dropping everywhere through out the store. TOTALLY DISGUSTING. The worker for the most part are very unprofessional and argue right in front of the customer ir in the office which is located in the front of the store and you can hear everything. It is so sad because I truly do love the Dollar Tree.

The store is a little messy and they need more people at the registers but other than that the employees are really nice and helpful. Yesterday someone tried to steal something from the store and the sales associate Paul handle it in a really professional way. He didnt let that incident affect him and continued to help me. Great Job done Paul!!

Depending on whos working you could be online forever theyre constantly changing employees do not buy food at that dollar store or any other its been a public Hazard posted on every news station on the fraud involved but its great for cleaning products gishs containers and other paper products cards Etc

I was actually excited to see a new location in white plains, NY since I had to travel to their other locations like mount Vernon and new Rochelle. Either way great service awesome selections and a big plus for sturdy dog bowls and small bins for storage. It was the best kept secret but not anymore lol

There is not enough staff to service customers. During lunch hours between 12 and 2pm there is always one cashier. The Manager will open another register but he is a very NASTY person!!! I have walked out of that store many times because I spend the majority of my lunch hour on line.

Ive been to other locations and find them to be clean, stocked and overall a great shopping experience but not this location. This one is the complete opposite. Products on the floor all over the store, long lines, and dirty. Overall it looks like management just doesnt care.

A good price for decent products. Do not expect amazing quality, this is not "The Westchester". The quality is pretty good and last some time, it depends on what you buy. The food is the best deal in my opinion.

I do not like this location. It is the worse one I have visited. Its always unkept and disorganized. There is not enough staff present to serve the people during the day. Always have a long line.
