Not the best store at all. It is upstairs from a crappy Walmart which is ok. Burlington coat factory is very messy and although the prices are tempting and very low at times, it is disgusting and very messy. It does smell very nice when you get it which is nice. It does smell like cherry but the store doesnt look like the store at all. Its messy as hell! Yes its very messy, everywhere is a mess in every isle and stains on the carpet and clothes are everywhere. I know its a budget store but give me a break! It should be better than this. There are always long lines and very bad customer service like Walmart. They are lazy, they dont do anything but talk to the other employees and its like a bother when you ask them a question. Do not come here even if your ballin on a budget! Go somewhere else!!

I went to Burlington Coat Factory to purchase a pair of stocking. When I asked a sales[person were the stockings were, She had NO Idea. I asked a few sales people where the stocking ere, they, the salesforce, had NO idea. The ads from Burlington Coat Factory is a COMPLETE Joke. You can NOT fond ANYTHING there. NO body knows what the stock is or where the stock is located.

I love this place. They have very cool trends of clothes to pick from. They have jewelry that can be from 1.99. They have socks, bathing product, shoes, really cute bags and clothes. They have from womans and men clothes to kids for boys and girls clothes even for babys and teens. I love the clothes some of my shirts I buy from Burlington and some chokers.

I never really find what I need here, though Ive entered hopeful a few times. They dont have the best organization for items and much of the selection looks ransacked. Ive been to much better Burlington locations before. If you really need quality discount clothes, I suggest TJ Maxx or Marshalls on Central Avenue if you dont see it here.

I usually love Burlington but this particular one is terrible. Ive been here multiple times and every time I come you have to wait at least 20 minutes to check out, even in the middle of the day. Do not come to this particular one unless you absolutely have to.

Clearly the management does not care about service. 20 people in line 2 cashiers, and management did nothing to move people through and wouldnt even get on a register to help out. Seriously disappointing. Wont be back

Its hit or miss with this store, I have found some great deals there. In fact, before I buy anything, I always check this store and the one in Yonkers, you can get some really good deals!

Love Burlington but every time I go there I just wanna walk right back out. The checkout line is always long! Once I stood in line for over 20mins. Plus side, staff seems nice!
