Samantha had been so helpful since I had the iPhone 7 upgrade. My first interaction with her was when I upgraded and she made sure that my local sprint store in White Plains had the phone I was looking for (havent met her in person). Today I went to the sprint store for assistance and was provided so much help and information. She had excellent customer service, kind and was able to answer a lot of my questions. Individuals like her would really benifit sprint overall. Samantha has really proven to me that she would go above and beyond.
