I love lakeshore learning so much. This store is based around the needs of teachers, so while as a parent, you may come in looking to purchase 10 pencils, and be required to purchase a box of 200. However, despite the BJs-esque bulk packaging, this store is every education driven parents dream. You get the opportunity to purchase genuine classroom materials, and lessn plans to pick up at home, where your childs teacher left off. FYI the prices are a bit high, so try going when your not on a budget or grab one or two things on a weekly basis.

This store has arts and crafts activities for preschoolers every Saturday from 11-3. Once in a while theyll surprise you with a big event, like Dr Seuss birthday or Dino Day, where they have costumed characters and read alouds and the like. The staff is super friendly and know many children by name. The nearby Starbucks and large clean restrooms make it a comfortable place to visit and let the kids run amok in.
