I visited this store this evening and I was so upset with the way I was treated by a girl called I think dori, Im not 100% sure, I was waiting in line and she just skipped off to gossip with her colleagues, I asked her was she returning she said yes, she returned and checked me out gave me my receipt and turned away I said thank u, I then immediately said you should be thanking me Im the customer, she said in an rude tone why should I thank you???, I nearly fell over with disgust, I immediately went to the manager and complained he was very very nice and did speak to her, she was even rude to him, the rest of the staff were sneering at me I asked them what they were laughing at and got a terrible attitude from them, I left not to ever return to this place the manager is amazing, but the staff are beyond terrible, which is sad, I met a women in the car park who witnessed what happened she too had a terrible experience in the store this evening and vowed never to return

They have a large selection of toys, but their return policy it the worst! I ordered a green wubble. The order said green, the packing slip said green, but they sent me pink. I understand its the holidays and people make mistakes. I drove to the store to do an even exchange for a green one and the manager said. " You bought this when it was on sale last week and its not on sale today so you have to pay extra money. WHAT!!! Why do I have to pay for Toysrus mistake, that doesnt seem fair. She finally threw the green on in a bag and shooed me away. I figured this was just a fluke so I ordered a globe with a light and it arrived broken with no working light. I brought it to the store and the same thing. " You bought this on sale and the sale ended yesterday, so you have to pay the difference." I just returned the broken globe for my money back and ordered one on Amazon.It arrived in 48 hours and perfect. No more toysrus for this mom.

I was there earlier today, considering it is getting closer to the holiday, the store was friendly. The items were plentiful, people were able to shop with ease, and staff was attentive. It was significant when I requested a so called, dinosaur toy, meaning a toy thats been around forever. It was the new updated View Master. Well, you dont have to look far to know that Google is thinking in similar terms. But wow did the View Master become the grand parent of the new 3D high definition, image catcher. Yes, I resolved my Barbie Dream House problem as well, with price match, after some careful small print that doesnt match with certain stores, as well as out of stock web sights, that are not given price match options either.

Great selection and well stocked. However, the staff is ghetto. A black woman told a family to go back to China when they asked her for assistance and she was too lazy. The family said she was unhelpful and so the staff worker responded with a racial insult. The child was heard crying as well. Its was terrible. I think the staff can improve by hiring more professional workers who welcome families and are helpful to children. The store manager Chris was very good in taking complaints and professional.

I am wondering if this store even exists, as the Toys R Us website, Google maps, Yahoo maps, AND my gps go not agree on any given location for this store. I wasted my time and gas attempting to find the place. I would have liked to get presents for my nieces and nephews, but as this is the third Toys R Us store in my area that has a wrong address listed on multiple websites I will stop trying to give them any of my business.

Awful customer service. They just dont know what they are doing. I had an argument over a fair exchange and they made me wait more than 20 minutes. After that they told me they cant do it because its not on my account. When I fought back, I figured out they didnt even lookup my account as they typed wrong phone number. I just couldnt believe that they wasted my 20 minutes because of their incompetency.

The worst place to shop. I would never give them my business. The staff is non existent when you need help with a product and if you want to return something, their customer service is mediocre. I now shop at Amazon and I love the experience, the shipping is free, returns are with no hassle.

This store is amazing I must say I had help from a worker name Samantha she was so awesome I must say this girl really did a great job I had a list of 7 toys and she made sure i found each toy that I was looking for she is so great whenever I go there i hope she is there

The cashier thew out my merchandise card after saying there was no more money left on it but there was 70 dollars on it. Went back to get my card and the cashier didnt even apologize instead gave me a look like I was inconveniencing her.

This store is much better at customer service and managing their lines then the one in bay plaza Mall, Bronx NY. Headed their today actually. They price match with other stores. Their prices seem to be higher then their competitors.

they open only one cashier when i was there. i waited 30 minutes on the line..but all employes walking inside the store for doing something..they must first service the customer i think...services suck

There not much to say, it a Toy R Us. It bright, clean and of course has a large selection. But dont come here unless you have enough money, the place is expensive. However that is expected.

OK store for toys. The kids LOVE it, I am ok with it. Big parking space that makes the visits easy, but sometime the store is a mess and shopping here isnt the biggest fun. A OK TRU.

It is just what you would expect from this chain. A LARGE selection, decent prices. Always crowded and the check-out area can be a war zone. Staff seems to give minimal effort.

There are more than 12 checkout lanes in this store and I have yet to see any more than 3 in simultaneous in operation during any of my many visits.

My local TRU. Great staff, decent stocking and a clean store. Its located up on top of a large hill so you have to be careful here in snow or ice.

They dont have any other current marvel Legends FIGURES out and. Its almost like they dont have enough and that place is expensive .
