One of the worst store I have been in. Ive been a sprint customer for 18 years plus and when my brother wanted to upgrade his device he was told his plan wouldnt change. He was also told that sprint policy was to obligate the customer to buy the insurance for 30 days then you can cancel. ALL a scam!!!! I called sprint and they said it was not true!! Do not believe what they tell you. When my brother returned to the sales person Jaime she said"Oh yeah you can opt out just bring back the box"! When he returned they tried to make him pay a reactivation fee $35 and restocking fee $75 when he discovered they switched his plan from $20 to $33. She had promised it wouldnt but it did. This is a third party retailer and would not recommend coming here. Again Ive been sprint long enough.. A star would be too much here

Worst store ever they will lie to you and tell u everything you want to hear to get commission, when your bill comes it will be crazy jamie is the worst not a real sprint store go to a corporate store.
