I came in to this Sprint store to try and save some money on my bill. Christian and his team was really able to help me out a lot. He explained to me that I could have changed my plan but it was better to keep the old one because I had loyalty credits... He did not pressure me into getting a new device that day but I will definitely be back soon to upgrade! Great customer service.
