RACIST: Brian, the (self-described) manager of the Sprint store in Wilton, NY has not been fired for publicly referring to an Indian dude as a "dark monkey" while helping a customer on February 27th, while I was also being helped. Keep reading for more info, but feel free to give this a "share" while youre at it. The "highest possible escalation" via a long chat with Sprint, including time stamps to be pulled from the tapes was clearly not enough to get rid of a blatantly racist store manager. When I entered the store, both employees were helping other clients. I would like to point out that the other employee was extremely patient and helpful throughout my time at the Sprint store. Brian was quite rude to him and put down a few other employees. I cant remember specifically, but things like "UGH, of COURSE, Chad (fake name) screwed this order up". Brian was helping another customer throughout my time there--a woman. When I was waiting to be helped, I overheard Brian being on the phone with Sprints customer service while helping the customer, presumably overseas. He mentioned a few times that he wished they could "speak English", which I found rude and uncomfortable but I decided that it wasnt in itself overtly racist or offesnsive. This set the tone for the entire experience with having to overhear Brian. Throughout his entire time with the woman he was helping, he was hitting on her. "I wish I could make house calls for you." "Why didnt you come to me instead? You know I always take care of you." Her teenage son was with her and he kept making comments to him about wanting to get with his mom. I figured I would leave a bad review at this point, and I was baffled that someone like this could make it into a (self-described) management position. There were subtle racist and offensive comments throughout, I cant specifically name them. The specific comment that sent me over the edge was when he was when he said something about "being transferred to an even darker monkey", obviously referring to one of the overseas representatives. I remember making sure to check the time so that, hopefully, someone at Sprint could pull the tapes to hear him say this. It was 8:20PM on February 27th when I checked the time, so it must have happened just before that. This was one incident. I could only imagine the other things he has said and done in this store. I would imagine after this, you could pick any five minutes of this man talking and find something horrible and racist, or at the very least uncomfortable. This was a week ago. Today I called the store and asked if Brian was available and got "this is Brian!". The dude is still working there. Please help me spread the word that its not cool to be a blatantly racist, sexist person and keep your job.

Walked in not knowing What to expect. We had been with Verizon for YEARS. Saw an ad and thought, well might as well check it out. Saw Eric and he took care of everything! Bought out our contract, saved me about 100$ a month, and received the best treatment Ive ever had at a cell phone store! Best part of all, is the service is identical! (P.S. Brian was fired months ago when they were made aware of his comments, and he was never a manager)

I want to give 2 thumbs up to Eric, and especially Zach H. I was not at all happy with my previous phone. Poor Zach got the brunt of that. He really helped me out. I would recommend asking for him. Eric is so very knowledgeable. Also ask for him. Love my new phone. Thanks guys !

Eric Wood went above and beyond. Hes very knowledgeable and professional along w everyone else in the sprint store at Winton Mall, N.Y.. Love the service from the store employees, hate my new s8. Going back today to exchange for iPhone, hopefully!

Amazing!! They literally split our bill in half and now have unlimited everything. We had Verizon and will never go back! Ask for Eric he is super knowledgeable and they are all super friendly. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Fantastic customer service, switched from Verizon, saved 200$ a month AND got new phones. Best part of it all? I havent noticed a difference at all. Found out they run off of CDMA, The same as Verizon! Wish I could give 6 Stars
