This mall is very small compared to other malls only has a few selection of stores for women and even fewer for men . This mall needs to be updated into a bigger mall with more stores and different options for both men and women . If you walk in through Macys you get attacked with ladys and men spraying down perfume and wanting you to smell a sample I always try and avoid this area or walk by quickly . Some of the stores have awesome customer service while others have very rude employees or employees that attack you with questions the second you walk into the store to look around . This mall has a pretty good food court just wish it was a little more updated because it looks very outdated. They have random stops for food throughout the mall but I think they should keep everything food related in the food court instead of throughout the mall to create more space for different stores to open up .

This mall is always clean and easily accessible. It is never chaotic. Efficient checkouts most of the time. Employees are always friendly. I dont like how some of the stores with perfumes have employees ask customers "would you like to try a sample" as they spray you in the face. They dont give you a choice as they say it and spray it. Not good for those of us who suffer with headaches and migraines. Perfumes can often trigger migraines. The bathroom is centrally located as well as a privacy sitting room. There should be more bathrooms throughout the mall. Many children and elderly those who have trouble walking and possibly those who need fast access to a bathroom would appreciate a closer bathroom.

Went to visit Verizon, bunch of crooks sales people, sold me a pre pay phone to be used on my account, news, you must use it for three months before you can put it on your account, never gave me (but charge me) for the pre pay chip,I was never told about the waiting period, well, they charge me for returning it after 3 days! $35 for the chip,$30 for activation and$35 restock fee. Warning contact technical support before you buy anything, salesman in the are thieves, starting by that short manager they have there.

"The wasteland mall", people that work there are rude, it seems like they hate their job. Always full of thotties and ghetto people. Food court is okay, Cajun grill is my favourite place to eat but the lady that served my food did not speak any english smh who so ever is in charge of hiring people there should hired bilingual people. I prefer to go to dolphin mall I wont go to "wasteland mall again".

the mall management is a bunch of awful people who should all be replaced. you ask them for help and they just look down their noses at you and ignore you or they give you some stupid answer that makes no sense. if they actually worked and helped out the people that attend their mall then maybe it would be more popular......or less lame. they think they are too good to help the community not cool.

Not the place to go to "walk the mall" and people watch. If the store you are looking for is here then its a good option. Be prepared for the traffic on 103 St and please remember you are in Hialeah so beware of the drivers around you. Theres a Pandora, bath & Bodyworks, Jcpenny, Macys and Victoria Secrets to name a few. The coffee and sandwich shop in the center is awesome.

Was very ethical and impartial because of the decision I made about it. Very grateful, wishing him many successes in his management as manager of the westland mall.

Mall has been around for years, has pretty much everything youre looking for with the exception of some household items. Food court offers good variety of both healthy and non healthy meals and theres a dedicated play area for the kids to run around and burn of some energy. Lastly there is plenty of parking...be prepared to walk!

There is a great place here and you can feel it the minute you walk through the door. The restaurants are nice, there is a variety of stores with top quality merchandise and stands with great GREATstaff and costumer service. There is also a station to make your on coffee and lots of interactive events happening daily.

Great place to come and shop, great store like Pandora, Earthbound and Champs make it more appealing. Fuddruckers is the best of all thing there available. The mall falls short from a few stores that focuses on electronics solely and games. Gamestop is a no more there either.

This place has changed over the years & for the better! Higher quality stores but because of small size of most stores the selection is at times just as small. Usually packed on the weekends...any other day is a hit or miss. The size ensures a quick visit.

Super updated and modern mall. All the shops you want and need. Plus, a variety of dining options for the finicky eaters in your party. The parking could seriously use some updating. Possibly a multilevel garage. All in all a great community mall.

This mall has been around for years and keeps reinventing itself. Creating family memories for years to come. Theres a large variety of shops and food option (Mall staples). I typically go now for the Finishline shoe store near the food gallery.

I cant stand the mess ppl make in this mall. U go to any other mall and ppl are alot cleaner and dont make a mess and lets not forget every person that shops there has a complaint about the prices in the stores (ur not at the dollar store).

Fantastic mall, never full but has plenty of staff to assist. The food court isnt huge but is big enough to house several restaurants . The mall has plenty of places to go and is enough to last you a whole day of ruthless shopping :)

Not much to do in comparison to some of the more active malls other than shop, which is what a mall is. Prices are reasonable for a mall, food court is a bit spartan. No recreational locations like arcade, movie theatre, bowling.

Decent mall. Its a little smaller and it was packed, however Parking and getting in and out wasnt bad at all. The map of the mall in Google is not accurate and there are tons of kiosks set up in the middle to sell you stuff.

This place is too small for the amount of people that go. Although they are getting better adding newer stores and making it bigger. They did also add the hidden gem of dipping dots they are pretty hard to find these days.
