The Galleria looks beautiful from the outside....with great restaurants.....large fountains and rows of exotic cars lined up at Valet.....the interior does not match. The mall....with escalators requiring you to go up and down as you walk through the mall. Some areas are just empty. Interior design needs to be updated to satisfy the clientele.....surrounded by million dollar waterfront homes and upscale neighborhoods, locals drive North to Boca or South to Aventura to go shopping. Galleria deserves a remodel. Someday the interior will match the beautiful facade of the exterior.....and everyone will live happily ever after.

Higher end shopping mall and Im not a mall person at all, but it was nice. We walked in to the main entrance and the flow pushes you left. We actually left to find more shopping, being disappointed in the lack of stores. When we finally made it through the entire mall from the opposite end, we realized that we couldve just continued on from where we had begun. Then it lived up to the hype we had been told about. Most malls put Chevys, Fords and Toyotas on display for the local dealers. This mall puts Rolls Royces, Jaguars and BMWs.

Went to the Apple Store in galleria mall to get my iPhone 6 plus screen replaced. Unfortunately I didnt have an appointment but they were still able to take care of me and give me an quick and awesome experience. I got my phone replaced in less then 40 minutes. One of the employees I think his name was Scoot was super helpful and had amazing customer service, he made a bad situation into a great experience. Totally coming back to this Apple Store and hopefully scoot lol. A+ in customer service.

Nice medium sized mall in a good safe location locally, good parking, has a good assortment of stores, its typically quiet and not crowded compared to other malls. The downside is that the mall is becoming dated, though the last time I was there I noticed they renovated the food court. One end of the mall is basically a ghost town though with no stores. The highlights are the Apple Store which is the only one in Broward County, Neiman Marcus, Macys, Victoria Secret, Gap, Crate & Barrel etc.

Came here last night for dinner at capitols grille, our food and Troy out server was amazing!! But if you use the valet, take ALL OF YOUR VALUABLES WITH YOU!! Alix (and perhaps the other caribbean man ) graciously accepted my tip after trying to flirt with me and telling me sorry I was texting my brother while I waited to cash out. The ticket basically says these punks can steal your stuff and theres absolutely nothing you can do about it! Food for thought!

Seasons 52 is nearby. I have eaten at Seasons 52 in a few different locations in Florida. The one at the Galleria is by far the nicest. The service has always been excellent. The ambience is very much like I remember Old Florida (I have lived in Florida all my life and grew up down in South Florida.) I look forward to eating there every time I travel down to South Florida from up near Jacksonville, in Atlantic Beach.

I was rather surprised at how poorly organized and empty this mall feels. One end of the mall is only populated by a couple of stores and the food court and if you didnt know to continue on to the rest of the mall, youd almost think it was abandoned. The layout of the mall is bizarre - it is a long hallway with a series of escalators going up and down and up and down. I was very unimpressed.

A very vibrant mall with a great selection of stores even though it is on the small side in comparison to many of todays mega-malls. This mall is always super-clean and provides a lot of covered parking space. A good presence by security and a very modern feel make the mall a place that is a pleasure to visit - even if youre the one waiting on your better half (smile).

Tater FTL

Love it or hate it the Galleria is the best place to shop in FTL. From the Apple store to Neiman Marcus to bridge lines, skate clothes, a Mayors if you need a Rolex, all with out the pretension of some other malls. Always clean, always easy to park. Food court? Skip it. But a great place to shop and escape the heat. Plus with Capital Grille downstairs its a layup...

This is a great mall if you want to get in get what you need and get out without all the hassles hundreds and hundreds of people and traffic to deal with. It also has a few great restaurants like the Capital Grille Seasons 52 PF Changs Blue Martini and others. However the food court struggles to keep food vendors for long because the Mall really isnt that busy

Definitely the best place to shop that was within a cab ride or bus ride from my hotel. Didnt feel that much different from malls in Los Angeles which is where I traveled from.  The hotel I stayed at had a promo book saying I should check in at the Gallerias Guest Services for a book of coupons. Be sure to check that out -- I used the coupons for P.F. Chang.

Not enough stores and the red door Spa is in the parking garage which although is shaded inconvenient to have an Elizabeth Arden Red Door entrance in the parking lot is not the most inviting entrance. Compared to other Red Doors this gets only one star. The facility is very small with no amenities not even an indoor hot tub or Steam and sauna.

This mall is awesome! Very upscale and modern. The only downfall is that there arent a vast variety of stores to choose from here. Only one shoe store for sneakers, (Finish Line) and only 3 options in the food court. There are amazing restaurants on the outside of the mall but some people might find them too expensive.

Galleria at Fort Lauderdale is awesome. Especially Macys. I left my keys at the perfume counter and when I realized I had lost them, I began to retrace my steps. Finally, I went back to the perfume counter and the associate held them behind the counter. She said she looked all over for me. 6 stars for Macys at Galleria

I actually came to this mall, as a secondary option from Aventura. Not a single store other than Sunglass Hut and Abercrombie called my attention. It is poorly set up and some terrible construction going on just around the corner from Dillards. To be honest, I will not come back and keep Aventura as my one and only.

Im not a serious shopper but I love this place. I can always find something "nice" meaning expensive for my wife. I can get in and out without a hassle. The only thing that lets it down is the parking. Its a little weird. Its been crowded the few times Ive been. Save yourself the aggravation and use the valet.
