I unfortunately have had the displeasure of working for Sterling Organization on an upfit of their property on Milton Road in Charlotte, NC. They happily accepted our proposal for renovations that allowed them to lease a large office space for a temporary Charter School. Since we completed the work in October (and the tenants moved in) they have paid us less than half of the amount we are owed, the local office doesnt return my emails and the home office AP contact would like to pay me in full but it is not up to him. He says it is a cash flow issue rather than the desire to pay! At the time we accepted the job they did not ask for terms or inform us of any cash flow issues. I would think if you can make 52M dollar deals for shopping malls you could raise $150,000.00 pay the invoice for work done well by a local small business. Even though I expressed the difficulty they are causing us (cashflow issues!!!) and let them know we have paid out all labor and materials for doing this work they still will not remit the total balance. I would recommend anyone think twice before doing business or leasing from The Sterling Organization. I ONLY selected the one star because it will not post otherwise!

I have been going to this Mall since I was a small little boy and I remember this place in its heyday when it had the cool video arcade and the gamestop and many other stores that are not present today. Jul. 25th I returned to this Mall with my mother to see what has changed over the years and I must say that ALOT has indeed changed the stores are mostly shoe stores, which I cannot complain about, the restaurants were still mostly there except for the Pizza shop. Sadly both the arcade and the gamestop were closed. I passed by the movie theatre which I have had numerous bad experiences first but to my surprice I saw that it was the release of The Fluffy Movie. I bought the tickets to see it and I decided to eat at La Fogata before I saw the film. My experienc ein that restraunt was phenominal. WORD OF ADVICE the food in the dollar store is all expxired and can actually make someone very sick. I was shocked to see that my experience at the AMC was phenominal as well the quality was superb and it was comfortable enough for me. I definetly dont find this place AS bad as people say theyre just too used to the polish and high-class of modern malls we have today.

Llegamos y al momento empezo un gran agucero queria haserme el aydy y el de mi hija cuando llegue pense que mal dia la oficina llena de personal pero todo fue exelente la atencion fue lo maximo pricipalmente el personal de seguridad nos guiaron y me orientaron de todo y bueno todo muy bien la cola fue muy rapida y exelente en la oficina de la licencia.despues merende y espere que escampara. Una bonito mediodia y tarde en el moll de las americas

Tengo una mala experiencia de ese mall de las Américas. la semana pasada fui a renovar la licencia de manejar.y cuando salí me habían remoecado.mi carro. porque unos cuantos parqueo son para los estutiantes.yo no sabía que los contenes pintado de azul era para los estudiantes. deberían los parqueo ser para todos. La oficina de licencia esta dentro del mismo mall. bueno como no quiero que me pase mas.lo mejor es no ir más nunca al mall de las Américas.

I went to see the "Muppets Most Wanted" last Sunday, the 7:15 pm showing, when me and my party arrived in the theater there was an issue with the audio, something sounding like feedback, it was very annoying and border line headache inducing. I waited until the movie started to see if the issue would be resolved by an employee but no such luck there. Once the movie started I went to the front desk and spoke with two employees about the issue, they said they would send someone over to check on the issue. Well not only did the issue not get resolved, but I dont believe anyone ever came. When I went back to the front desk after the movie, there was no one there to talk with. This is not the first time I had issues at this theater but this will most likely be the last time I frequent this theater, or any AMC for that matter.

Un buen sitio para comprar, estar con los niños para que se distraiga mientras hablas con alguien o su pareja, no hay muchas tiendas, la feria de comida muy pequeña y allá esta unas de las tantas oficina para que pueda saca la licencia, si la quieres tenerla el mismo día vayarse a otra oficina pero si quieres que te llegue al buzo de la casa ahí está perfecto.!

Los empleados de esta oficina de licencia se piensan que como trabajan para el gobierno, tienen derecho a tratar a las personas como ganado. Ciertamente no hay discriminación racial pero si étnica, pues cuando mi mamá habló en español la señora hizo un gesto como de asco, cuando yo la vi que tuvo este gesto le hable en inglés y todo cambió. Eestuve resolviendo un problema el la tienda de celulares de AT&T y me atendió un muchacho peruano llamado ÁLVARO de los más amable y servicial...me resolvió un problema que hacía varios meses que tenía en mi celular...,había ido a varias tiendas y todos buscaban un pero y no hacían nada ..hasta que me topé con Álvaro ...

A melhor vantagem que vi foi que tem uma Marshalls e uma Ross no mesmo local, o que garante uma grande variedade de produtos de qualidade a precos bem interessantes. Tem tambem algumas outras lojas interessantes de vestuario e calcados. Alguns kioskes com produtos de qualidade duvidosa, sem querer generalizar.

Viejo centro comercial de Miami que ha visto mejores épocas. Aquí funciona la oficina estatal para obtener la licencia de conducir y/o una identificación estatal. Acaba de abrir Costco dónde funcionaban los cines, hay un Home Depot y Ross. De resto son tiendas pequeñas y una plaza de comidas de limitada selección.

Dont shop at the metropcs / cell phone stan at the food court these people will steal your money and wont even care. When to buy a case for my phone a few days ago just got in the car and decided to take my phone out of the case stupid thing falls apart and broke when to talk to the lady and she tell me they cant do anything about it rud as hell with a attitude . First they sell you cheap cases that cost $2 on amazon and ebay for $20 and i mean all there cases and then they cant cover the cheap trash they sell you. After i spend almost $40 there. Never again will i go to this mall to buy anything.

I used to go when I was a kid, and I remembered playing around in the carpet circle area. Now, I visisted recently and the stores are not the same quality as they were when I was younger. I used to love going to TigerDirect, but the ambiance and quality of the stores began to get lower. I do not like their food court, as it has uncomfortable seating, but they do have some cool things. I still like to hang around the carpet area, and watch my little cousin play around in it. I hope they can "modernize" it a little more, since it looks outdated. Overall, okay mall but there is not much to do.
