Lots of places to shop, thiers a bus stop at publix, its close to downtown Melbourne and response to Brett about the homeless yes their are homeless thier mainly because of daily bread is just down the street and the Labor hall is on new haven ave where many get their work from and daily pay having homeless thier doesnt mean its a sketchy area.

Publix is the anchor of this Plaza. been shopping here for years always is a pleasure to shop there. Bealls Outlet is awesome for inexpensive clothing and has a great staff that is helpful. The Dollar Tree has so many things for a dollar it is a great place to go for amazing deals.

Variety of stores in a strip mall. I like the antique mall, which is the newest addition. Always clean. Publix has a Security Person to keep the area safe. Bus routes stop in front of Publix, so it is accessible. SunTrust is in the Parking area.

Good stores and great Public. The Public is smaller than most Public. Only complaint about this strip mall is that the parking spots rear to rear are excessively close to each other. Hard to back out of them.
