Huge, tremendous selection of stores on 2 levels with 14,000 parking places. Movie theater is a long walk through the mall, but worth it. Cheesecake Factory replaced Borders Books, but omg it is amazing! Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake is divine! Negatives: very fast paced and loud environment not at all sympathetic to handicapped guests; as a rule, the restrooms throughout are FILTHY and no one seems to care; very loud, aggressive patrons make walking in the mall unpleasant and parking can take a long time in busy season despite the thousands of spots. It is best to be English-Spanish bilingual, as many employees speak only Spanish. The atmosphere in many of the stores in not "genteel", so prepare for a rough and tumble shopping experience.

As a local who lived in the area when Dolphin Mall was built Dolphin Mall has actually brought in a lot of name brand stores, made a lot of great changes, and I think that its on its way to becoming a staple mall in the Miami area. They have live music and entertainment, retail outlets, a wide array of food options available from different cultures. The only reason why I would rate it a star down is there are a lot of kiosks aka mall stands located in between the stores where there are a couple small groups can be a little aggressive this includes makeup counter, photography sales people, selling hair products, etc these groups tend to be a little snatchy and try to get you to buy while youre walking.

Updating my previous review: I recently gave a high rating of this mall a few years back but I had a recent experience a few nights ago where the cops, not the malls security ,were harassing me and my friends. I love the stores and businesses like the cinema, Dave and Busters, and Strike BUT after this encounter with the police who are suppose to "protect and serve"at Dolphin Mall were only just abusing their power. Our friends of 8+ people in the group will never come here again. If the business at this mall are losing money then it is because of the police who are harassing your customers. FYI you have been informed!

Compared to the other malls in Miami, it has everything from shopping to entertainment. Its an outlet mall with great stores. Personally have never had an issue not finding something in this mall. Besides the food court it has many restaurants and bars. The mall provides live music entertainment on the weekends. Two movie theaters, one has the option to dine with your movie. Huge Bowling alley with great bowling deals. Dave and Busters on the second floor which is amazing for families looking for different arcade machines to enjoy, pool tables, two bars, and many areas to dine while watching a PPV fight.

Its a good mall with great store options and a variety of food to eat. Many restaurants to pick from throughout the mall and a nice selection in the food court. Only problem about this place are the multitude of people that are visiting. There barely parking here and most of the time customers end up parking in the grass. Since the mall is so packed walking isnt quite easy since you have to literally dodge people who arent paying attention where they are going and people walking so slow walking side by side. If you want to visit the mall try early when it open if you would like to avoid the masses.

Ive worked in dolphin mall for a seasonal position. All this is coming from my personal perspective. Im multiracial but mostly cuban and bahmaian. But I dont speak spanish. If you dont speak spanish expect to be discriminated against for the idiotic fact you dont speak spanish. Mall is crowed literally all the time 24/7. Very lilttle parking. And to make it even worse, most of the people arent friendly. Unless you live in the area or just stopping by, I strongly suggest you avoid this mall. Go to Aventura or Sawgrass. Much nicer mall and you dont have to worry about B.S from people!!!

oh boy, the bathrooms are gross. nastiest bathrooms ive seen in a loooong while. and the parking lot is a savage battleground for people who either cant drive or dont care if they kill you for a parking spot. once you get into the mall, its as loud and crowded as disney world. i guess the store selection is good, but not any better than dadeland mall in kendall (unless you like forever21). theres nightlife here, with music and an open air bar. it should be fun for those of us who like shouting over a crowd just to carry a conversation. not my cup of tea, but maybe yours!

Outlet mall close to the airport with a good variety of things to do. Things such as movie theaters, good variety of stores to shop at, restaurants, arcade, bars. DO NOT come here during holiday season or you might have a bad time trying to find parking space and getting in/out of the mall. If you have to then try to make as quick as possible, because apart from being super crowded the corridors are not very wide which makes quite difficult to walk around. Miami International Mall is right across of it if you need more walking space and more store options.

Amazing place alot of stuff. But the place is very crowded so much they are increasing the size of the place alot the theatre in there is expensive. But the seats are great. Churro Mania is a place that everyone loves in there. IKEA is right next to the mall and some fishing place where you buy boats and theres barely any bathrooms in the mall. My dad used to tell me when they opened it at 2001 it was filthy stores sold their items in plastic wrapping barely any known restaurants of fast food places it looked ugly and stuff. But somehow it got popular.

Surprise, surprise. Nil in the dolphin department. I figured as much, since its so far away from the sea, but please, dont name your establishment something like this if you dont plan on deliver. my rat, Mickey Rooney, didnt enjoy the crowds or the high prices at Burlington Coat Factory. Also, all the baby changing stations in the bathrooms had rude writing done by the previous babies or so I can only assume. 10/10, perfect mall (for humans, not dolphins or my rat, Mickey Rooney.) 10/20 I dont recommend coming here, even on emergencies.

If I could give it 4.5 stars I would only because of the crowds, but this place had everything youll want at night and in the day. Movies, bowling, video games, bars, clubs, game nights, fight nights, dinner from south American food to American and Asian. And fusion mixes. Mostly outlets in these stores so if youre looking for something rather new like a new design it may or may not be there dependant on store. Parking is abundant, but some how on busy seasons still gets completely filled. Even with the new multi story garage.

This mall offers an excellent selection of attractions including a CineBistro, a Dave and Busters, and a food court with dine-in restaurants. However, thats about where the pros end. This mall is nightmarishly busy if you arent there on a Wednesday at noon. I wouldnt even go near the place during the weekend, as it is filled with unruly minors and the rudest people to ever shop. Be aware, if you are not bilingual, you may have an issue in some of these stores. They will approach in Spanish first.

Its hard to give this place anything lower than 5 starts. You can find almost anything here, a good example is one day I was looking for a sd card for my phone one place was selling it for a mind blowing $80 for a 65 GB I told them "I will think about it" and left. Just walked to the other side of the mall and got a better deal from best buy Mobile for $35 for the same card. Every store is competing with one another to the point where you can always find a sweet deal just around the mall.
