The best employee in Belks history, ever, works as the Coach Specialist. Very friendly, informative, and extremely helpful! I was looking for purses at the Michael Kors side (right next to Coach) and she offered her assistance. She knew her stuff. She asked what I was looking for in a purse and compared the Michael Kors purses to the Coach purses to help me decide which purse was best for me. She never once pushed a purchase or forced me to only remain with Coach. A genuine human being helping another. To top off that, when I couldnt find someone in the shoe department (I will say, their shoe department customer service is terrible, but my experience with her allows it not to bother me anymore). She helped me with the shoes and finally found a shoe representative to take me further when she told me as much as she knew. Lovely, lovely, lovely lady. So happy to have met her and been able to have such a great experience of great Customer Service with her.

I feel like theyre always taking the good stores out of this mall. Bathrooms will never be stocked and cleaned. Talked to a higher person about this issue at the mall and he didnt do anything about it... in fact, he was completely rude about it and just went back to what he was doing. He did was call the janitor, but then the janitor didnt do anything and didnt even bother apologizing about the lack of cleanliness. Other than that, this manager didnt even listen to the complaints or try fixing the issue that I had with the bathrooms. Horrible customer service. Used to be my favorite mall, but it seems that it has become my least favorite in the area. Stores at other malls always have better deals and better items in stock compared to the stores in this mall. They keep switching the stores around. Being someone who doesnt come here too often (lets say, once every 3 months), it confuses me. Havent been back there since.

This is a nice, mid-pricerange mall with the expected shops (H&M, Penneys, etc.) Its unusually clean, however, and even the parking lot is noticeably well maintained. The folks shopping (families, mostly) were all smiling & enjoying themselves. The food court is impressive for a mid-range mall, and again - surprisingly clean and orderly. The only disappointment was when we stopped to ask a young man staffing one of the temporary kiosks in the center for directions to one of the major anchor tenants. He confidently pointed and gave directions which turned out to be completely wrong. Lesson learned: dont ask the guy at the temporary kiosk!

*Sprint KIOSK* TERRIBLE service - Shaka and Anthony had all the answers to make the sale of the sevice/phone but after finding damage to one of the phones(New Phone) no one has been willing to help resolve the matter(not my problem type of ATTITUDE). Very unprofessional to leave your customer once you make a sale of a defective product - when the only answer given is NOTHING you can do about it. Be careful when buying your sprint equipment - this is not a sprint corporate store - this is a separate business 4/13/16 if I could I would give them a -5 star VERY VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER *BENNY WATKINS*

Most of the time, this mall has a good selection. I normally have a good time, but on March 12th, 2016 there was bunch of children sitting in the middle of the mall screeching at the top of their lungs to a horrible selection of music to where everyone in the belks area had to suffer through their deafening noise. The worst part was, they had microphones! I talked to a manager about the situation and their reply was "it ends at 3:00." Now I am just leaving the mall at 3:40 and they are still playing the music!

Macys closed this past weekend (March 19, 2017) and had a liquidation sale. Other big stores are Belk and Sears. The autobody Sears shop has nice attendants, but they take extremely long to complete an oil change or other basic maintenance work. Overall the mall is a nice place to walk around. The neighborhood is safe and folks are friendly. With that being said, Im not a fan of malls and very rarely frequent these types of establishments.

I love shopping at the mall but would like to see less kiosks, or maybe not less but not allow them to step out in front of you "can I ask a you a question" every 10 feet. It makes it hard to get from point A to point B when I am in a hurry or carry a conversation with a friend if I am just browsing. Carolina Place Mall seems to have the most or maybe just the most aggressive but I have been avoiding shopping there lately because of it.

This is a good mall with good stores. Nothing high end, but you ho to south park mall for that. Unfortunately, the best store they had was Macys, which is now closed. Still, there is belk, dillards, pennys, barnes and noble and sears, as well as a bunch of smaller standard stores like bbw and Hollister. The food court has a lot of variety,so there should be something for everyone.

Good selection of stores plus a decent food court right next to a Barnes & Noble. I appreciate the large playscape for the little ones, and the convenient freeway access. Easy to navigate with strollers and/or wheelchairs. Plenty of parking. Surrounded by chain restaurants and other familiar retailers, good for those who need to knock out their shopping in one trip.

Nice clean stores for the most part, a lot of stores remolding or just moving in. Food court is nice, the pop up walk way shops are a little trinkety and pushy sales. Bright and normally very clean, seems to be an influx of young kids and adults with lack of manners but unfortunately that is where our society has headed. 95% of the time very nice shipping experience.

Slowly beginning tcompletely dead Sears store. The Macys is closed now so that probably signals more stores to leave now. Go to SouthPark or NorthLake. They have much more and still have decent prices. Also Indian Land will probably have a much larger, more updated mall than this mall. Being built in 1991, it looks just like it did the day it opened. I still visit

Love the rides and shows. They do a good job keeping the park diverse and politically correct. The staff, for the most part, very friendly. No one was rude, but a few people didnt look like they wanted to be at work that day. Honestly thats understandable. I have worked retail for 20 years. I get that. Overall a great bang for your buck. Well worth the price.
