My experience with the Mall Santa pictures was terrible. The faculty was rushing me and complaining how they had not eaten since 8:30 that morning. I stood in line for only a short while (about 30 min) because it was 4 pm on a Monday. My wife and I said we had three poses we wanted to do and the photographer said that was fine. After taking the pictures then we had to stand in a another line for about 30 min again to look at the pictures, the pictures looked like a 4 year took them. No positioning and not foresight at all. The lady at the counter was rude and not very helpful, she said we could skip the line to get pictures again to retake with Santa however, we would have to stand in the other line to review the pictures. This seemed off because as we where standing in line she took someone else directly to the pictures and then back again to the front of the line. This lady was obviously lying to us and played favorites with another customer. I am a service member currently serving, when my wife asked about the free 5x7 she made a smirk remark about how sorry that is only for currently serving or first responders (which I am Active Duty and presented my ID card). Over all terrible service and I will go else where to pay more if I have to.

If I could leave the stars blank I would....really not worth any! I dont know who would hire some of the people that work there but they must of been friends especially the short girl with black hair and piercings in here lips. She is the most disrespectful and rude employee ever. I asked her if they had a restroom and since she was busy talking to the other employee I had to ask her twice. She acted like I was forcing her to work so she randomly pointed into the direction of the bathroom. As I was walking away she made the most horrible face at me behind my back not realizing my wife was standing right there watching the whole time. I didnt do anything to her just simply and nicely ask where the bathroom was. I would go here over Starbucks every time I was at the mall but NEVER EVER WILL I GO AGAIN!

This mall is clean, bright, has every store you could ever want to shop in and probably has one of the better food courts Ive seen. Unfortunately, one of their kiosk workers (Ill emphasize one because all of the other kiosk workers are always friendly and at least cordial when you tell them you dont have time to stop for a sample of whatever they have) was so blatantly unprofessional, I will never go into that wing of the mall again. I politely told him I was running late when he asked me if I had a minute and this man proceeded to throw a fit and raised his voice saying, "IT WOULD ONLY TAKE A SECOND. YOU REALLY DONT HAVE A SECOND??". I know a customer service job is difficult, but this man should not be working in this mall harassing people.

Got one star because it won't allow you to put zero stars. The staff at Sephora were completely and utterly rude. Being a cast member from "Bring it on! The Musical",and cutting our dining experience at the Cheesecake Factory short because we found out they had a Sephora, I was very upset. I knew exactly what product I needed, walked in the store at 5:40 and asked for help locating it. One of the sales associates said she couldn't help because she clocked out already. Another then rudely told me that they were closed. There were many other people still in the store. I will never return to this Sephora if Im in the Charlotte area again!

Again...Could I place four and a half stars? :) When I go to SouthPark Mall I am on a mission... I have certain stores that I must go to and the rest of the time is spent in people watching or navigating back to my car...If I can remember where I parked it... High end stores and designer labels are here as well as more "common" mall stores. My favorites are : Nordstroms, Belks and Sephora. Generally very good customer service in this mall and the area is fairly safe...but do not leave items on your car seats when you enter the mall...You invite trouble that way... It is too easy to buy too much here...enjoy your trip to SouthPark!

Security guards are misinformed jerks. Went to stand in line for the new iPhone, showed up about midnight the night before. The security guards immediately came over and told us, not only that we had to leave but that anyone on the grounds before 5 am would get the police called on them. Not sure what I did to make them threaten the police, but I guess us folks that patiently stand in lines are troublemakers. I said no problem and left. When I got back at 4:53 am, there were 200 people standing in line. I should have been first in line, but instead I left empty handed. That will be the last time I go to South Park Mall.

SouthPark is a wonderful mall located in a great area in Charlotte. This mall has a great selection of high-end stores and restaurants. It is always a pleasant experience to shop here. The food court has a surprisingly diverse selection of fast food offerings that is higher quality than most malls. The mall is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The mall is located off a busy street. The parking lots are extensive and easy to access, but there is a lot of traffic on the main road. It is best to travel to this mall at times other than rush hour to avoid the heavy Charlotte traffic.

This mall is excellent, very clean and well maintained, this mall was built in the 1960s and opened in 1970, but you wouldnt know it by just looking. There are plenty of good stores that are in reach of middle class folks, but also some very high end stores (Im looking at you, Neiman Marcus!) But its always fun to go with a friend and gawk at the high prices ( 1,500 dollar blouse, no joke) or take a picture by the Lamborghini they have on display. Over all, great mall, just avoid it on busy shopping days, literally the busiest shopping area on black friday.

A clean mall with decent stores, but they are all the "high class" stores that over charge for basic clothing. Ive never purchased anything at this mall. Its always too crowded. Also, there are no maps in the mall; only signs with direction arrows for select stores scattered throughout. They obviously dont want you to get where you want to go quickly. They only way I was able to find the store my wife was in front of was by dumb luck and wandering. Go here if you want to over pay for something you could easily get cheaper somewhere else. Im staying away.

I have to absolutely agree with earlier comment about Sephora. They were completely rude and seemed irritated that we were asking questions. I think if they would have looked at our past history they would have seen we have purchased a number of items from there. Went into the Northlake Mall location when we were up there a few weeks later and a completely different story. Super nice people who were very helpful. Not sure if it is the management or what but will not be going back in that store at Southpark again anytime soon!
