This was my first apartment and at first I thought it was really nice. Now I believe it was the biggest mistake I could have made. For one the employees are rude and arrogant. They lied to us about how long our lease was. They told us it was 3 months. then when we were set to leave after 3 months they tell us that we had signed for 15 months... even though they told us it was 3 months. They neighbors are either loud or they want no noise what so ever. This one time it was about 3pm and we were cooking and they neighbors made a complain that we were talking to loud... which we werent and even if we did its 3pm. The worse is parking and if you leave after 7pm and you come back, you won't find no parking... the nearest parking is like a block away. It really sucks when you have groceries because then you have to walk with them for a block. You can't even block anyone whie unloading because they will tow your car. That's what happen to me and I had to pay $200. This place is not worth your trouble. And they also have roaches I made a complain like 5 time and I been there 3 months and I still see them everyday

I would give the individual stores here a higher review, but the shopping center itself (which is what Im rating), while a nice concept to have multiple levels on a limited amount of land, has a huge flaw, the parking deck. There are very tight corners that are difficult to navigate. This may be at least somewhat manageable if it werent for the careless and arrogantly impatient drivers who frequent this center and dont take their driving with the serious care that is needed. That makes for a much scarier experience. Its a shame because the concept and store selection is good with limited space; however, the execution and design because of the parking deck is horrible.

Very convenient area with several shops from restaurants to best buy within close proximity. You can purchase a little something for everyone in the family (including the furry kind) at the Met-however, parking in the garage by trader joes is a nightmare. I recommend just going up to the 2nd or 3rd level to save the hassle of fighting for a spot or roaming too long on the bottom level.

Metropolitan is a nice multi-purpose development where the old Charlottetown Mall had been. Its right next to Sugar Creek Greenway and some small but nicely maintained parks. Theres a wide variety of shops, restaurants, apartments/condos, and larger retailers, all under one roof.

I mean this place has really great restaurants and stores I go to often. It is clean and safe. Only issue is that it gets congested with traffic but that is not their fault since it is a popular place to shop and there is always parking available

Pleasant urban shopping mall with retail stores below condos. Silverfly is just one of the unique stores located here midst chain staples like Staples, Target, Best Buy, Marshalls, BJS, and an excellent restaurant, Dresslers.

There are major stores in the area like: Trader Joes, Target, Best buy, and Marshall. There countless eateries in the area, from Mediterranean to Sandwich shops. Close by the highway and uptown.

A lot of shopping options in a closed area. I like the fact that there is a parking deck. One tip Park on a top floor and just use the elevators to get to where you need to go.
