Horrible. Came in a half hour before they closed and they wouldnt put one tire on a rim for me because they said they were "closing in 5 minutes." Its probably for the best that I didnt use them, because if theyre that anxious to get out of there and end their shift, theyll probably take shortcuts on your car, because they obviously dont care about the customer.

They let me think theyd repaired my tire then let me drive away like that, and didnt want to take ownership of it when I discovered it. They charged me for it. Then they covered for each other, after making up information about their manager. I emailed Walmart directly, its unacceptable Walmart practice.

I have given this shop many chances to provide better service, and I am done. They have random checks by managers to make sure the oil change was done correctly. After an hour and 4 pages, a manager finally arrived. 2.5 hours after arrival, I am finally on my way!

Possibly the worst service Ive ever had anywhere. Worse than any restaurant, DMV, anything. It has taken me literally 3 trips to get my tires replaced. I cant even begin to describe how awful this place is. But its walmart. No surprise. I will never come back

They wouldnt do an oil change because my power steering was making a weird noise. And one of their mechanics used my cell phone information two days later to ask me out. Thats unbelievably inappropriate. Hes lucky I dont report him.

I only get the basic 20 dollar oil change special and the job is always done efficiently and well Sometimes theyre shortstaffed andrunning behind and things can take awhile so its always best to come early!

Horrible customer service. I got there at 5:25 and they close at 6:00 and I was told that I could not be helped to change ONE tire because they were working on another car

They finished my oil change in the time it took me to shop. The associates helped me to the car and even took my cart back to the store as I buckled up my son.

Stay away if you have any kind of European car if they have no clue how to work on at the mechanics arent very smart
