I called this morning to inquire if they would recycle a battery. John answered the phone and said they would take the battery and give me $5 for it. After arriving at the store a female clerk asked me if I would like $5 in exchange for the battery and I agreed. Next she handed me an In-Store Credit Card valued at $5. I said I was offered money not credit. She did not respond. John overheard and said he made a mistake but did not offer to remedy it. I left the store and returned 30 minutes later and spoke with the manager, and told him that twice by two different employees I was offered $5 but did not receive it. He then pulled out his own wallet and searched for a $5 bill and gave it to me in an arrogant fashion. I reached out to give him the Credit card back and he snidely said he didnt want it. I left it on the counter. Quite a culture of misrepresentation on something extraordinarily simple. Too bad I wont get to see what happens when real money is at stake. They throw away a customer over a silly $5?

After a disappointing morning of being turned away from auto shop for a free engine code scan due to being "too busy," I stopped into this store for help. There, I was kindly welcomed by Leo and helped right away! He helped me figure out the code of what was wrong with my car and found the part immediately. Then, he offered to install it! This has been the best service ever!! I definitely saved over $200 going to this store instead of an auto shop. Overall, my stress over my car disappeared quickly after receiving all the help I got today. Thanks again Leo at Advance Auto Parts in Lafayette, CO, you are awesome!!!

Its never busy and so your always going to get help. Always use the many coupons online and get up to 50 dollars off online then go pick up if you buy major items. If just picking small things up then might not be worth it. You cant use the online coupons in the store so order ahead of time. Ordered a battery online and saved 40 dollars, went to pick it up and had them install it and was on my way.

Kudos to each employee we dealt with, almost all of them and also the manager who has obviously put into place some great systems! Sorry I didnt write this earlier it was a few month ago!

Love these guys. Went in for a windshield wiper. They searched through their entire inventory to find the right one. Didnt have it, so they called a competitor for me to make sure they had it. Had them hold it for me until I could get it. Great customer service!

Horrible. Was ready to check out and the cashier left too help another customer which was fine until i waited 20 min while he they say and talked. then asked another person to help me just check out and he processed to say no because it wasnt HIS SALE.

Incredible service - they helped me find the right high-mileage oil, got me a deal on a filter, a two-for-one on wiper fluid, a sale on wiper blades, and they even installed my blades right there in the parking lot! Awesome, Ill be back!
